Dalam hukum pidana Islam, dieksekusi dengan cara dipenggal, dilempar dengan batu (Rajam) dan dieksekusi di depan umum, artinya eksekusi hukuman mati disaksikan oleh publik. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian normative.Pokok bahasan dari artikel ini adalah bagaimana eksekusi hukuman mati memberikan efek jera bagi masyarakat? karena salah satu tujuan hukuman mati adalah memberikan efek jera kepada seseorang / masyarakat agar tidak melakukan kejahatan. Tidak ada perbedaan antara eksekusi hukuman mati dilihat dalam hukum positif Indonesia dan hukum Islam, pada dasarnya kedua tindak pidana tersebut sama-sama memberikan efek jera berupa ketakutan kepada publik untuk melakukan kejahatan atau tindakan yang melanggar hukum. Perbedaan antara hukum positif Indonesia dan hukum Islam, hanya dalam hal prosedur eksekusi. \u0000Abstract \u0000The execution of the death penalty in Indonesian positive law is carried out by means of a death shot, meaning that the execution of the death penalty is not carried out in front of a crowd or unpublished. Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Nakotika di Pekanbaru belum tercapai karena masih ada anak yang melakukan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Hambatan-hambatan dalam perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika di Pekanbaru adalah belum sepenuhnya dilakukan diversi terhadap anak pelaku penyalahgunaan narkotika, belum memberikan perlindungan hukum dan memberi hak-hak anak dikarenakan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam mengatasi perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika di Pekanbaru memaksimalkan kinerja jumlah personil yang terbatas, memaksimalkan sarana dan prasarana dari P2TP2A (Pusat pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak). \u0000Abstract \u0000Narcotics abuse is currently not only done by adults, but narcotics abuse is also carried out by children who are still underage. Sebagian pelaku yang ditangkap dan dihukum adalah petani lokal yang miskin dan masyarakat yang membakar di pekarangan rumahnya. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui¸ arah kebijakan negara terhadap pelarangan membuka lahan dengan cara membakar dan orang atau badan hukum yang dikategorikan sebagai pelaku usaha perkebunan dalam Pasal 56 ayat (1) UU Perkebunan. Some of the perpetrators arrested and convicted were poor local farmers and people who burned in the yard of his house. This journal aims to determine the direction of state policy towards the prohibition of clearing land by burning and people or legal entities categorized as plantation businesses in Article 56 paragraph (1) of the Plantation Law. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 Tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan dengan jelas menerangkan tentang adanya pembatasan mengenai masuk dan keluarnya individu ke suatu daerah yang telah dinyatakan sumber wabah, termasuk mengatur pula tentang adanya perintah untuk melakukan isolasi, karantina wilayah, vaksinasi dan lain sebagainya untuk menghentikan penyebaran wabah yang terjadi di Indonesia. \u0000 \u0000REGIONAL QUARANTINE BASED ON LAW No. 6 OF 2018 CONCERNING HEALTH QUARANTINE \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000The appearance of the Corona virus pandemic in Wuhan, China, in December last year became a threat of global death. Concerns due to the impact caused by Corona virus, cause health quarantine to be a discourse that the government should immediately do. Hal ini disebabkan adanya pilihan-pilihan kewajiban reklamasi yang berkonsekuensi hilangnya hutan. Pemerintah Provinsi riau tidak melakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan aturan termasuk lemahnya pengawasan terhadap perusahaan pertambangan batubara. Praktik reklamasi sebagai kewajiban tidak dilakukan sebagaimana mestinya dan terjadi di hampir semua kabupaten/kota yang memiliki area pertambangan batubara di kawasan hutan. \u0000license holders in Riau Province do not carry out their obligations to post-mining reclamation in accordance with Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. The type of research is Sociological law research. The implementation of laws and regulations regarding coal mine reclamation has not been implemented properly. This is due to the choice of reclamation obligations that result in forest loss. The Riau Provincial Government has not made efforts to improve regulations, including the weak supervision of coal mining companies. Namun kewenangan sepihak ini berpotensi disalahgunakan pelaku usaha dengan mencantumkan klausula baku yang dilarang. Klausula baku yang dilarang menurut UUPK adalah klausula yang berisikan pembebasan tanggung jawab pelaku usaha kepada konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Klausula baku yang dilarang merupakan klausula dalam perjanjian baku yang berisikan pengalihan tanggung jawab pelaku usaha. pengalihan tanggung jawab tersebut telah diatur larangan pencantumannya melalui Pasal 18 Ayat (1) UUPK. Kemudian terhadap perjanjian yang dipastikan menggunakan klausula baku yang dilarang maka akibat hukumnya sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Pasal Ayat (3) UUPK adalah batal demi hukum. \u0000Consumer agreements are basically made to meet the needs of consumers in high numbers, so to make it easier for business actors, consumer agreements are printed en masse with standard clauses set unilaterally. The result of this research is that the standard clause that is prohibited is a clause in the standard agreement which contains the transfer of responsibility for business actors. the transfer of responsibility has been regulated by the prohibition of its inclusion in Article 18 Paragraph (1) of the UUPK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Perlindungan hukum terhadap pemilik tanah pertanian yang berdomisili diluar kecamatan tempat letak tanah berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 41 Tahun 1964 Tentang Pelaksanaan Pembagian tidak memberikan perlindungan terhadap pemilik tanah, karena di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut menyebutkan bahwa pemilik tanah pertanian yang berdomisili diluar kecamatan tempat letak tanah wajib memindahkan kepemilikan tanahnya kepada orang lain sesuai ketetuan yang telah ditetapkan. \u0000Absentee ownership of agricultural land can occur because of the sale and purchase of land and inheritance. The method used is normative legal research. In this study the data were analyzed qualitatively. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan menemukan akibat hukum dari konsep kontrak baku dalam kegiatan usaha lembaga pembiayaan konsumen berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian hukum normatif, penelitian terhadap bahan kepustakaan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang akan dianalisis. Hasil penilitian ini bahwa pelaku usaha lembaga pembiayaan konsumen dalam membuat kontrak baku terdapat pelepasan tanggung jawab dari pelaku usaha disebabkan adanya klausula eksonerasi di dalam kontrak baku tersebut yang bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen dan dihubungkan dengan keabsahan perjanjian sebagaimana Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata, sehingga syarat sahnya perjanjian tidak terpenuhi yang menimbulkan akibat hukumnya kontrak baku batal demi hukum. \u0000The form of business behavior that is often used by business actors is to use a standard agreement/standard contract/standard agreement, in the form of an agreement that previously by the business actor has unilaterally determined the content of its contents with the intention of being used repeatedly in relation to the consumer. . The purpose of this research is to analyze and find the legal consequences of the concept of standard contracts in the business activities of consumer finance institutions based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Protection. The research method is normative legal research, research on library materials that are relevant to the problems to be analyzed.
