The design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects used in this study were all 67 employees at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem and the object of this research were work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using path analysis. This research was a causal quantitative study in wich data were analyzed using path analysis. The subjects in this study were all employees of the Kantor Camat Mendoyo. The objects of this study were the level of formal education, work experience, andcompensation. The population of this study were30 employees as respondents. Design research using caesal quantitative. The subject of this study was a user of Toyota Avanza type 1.3 G M/T in Singaraja who knew the ins and outs of Daihatsu Xenia type 1.3 R M/T and was more than twenty years old and had been using it for more than a year, which amounted to 100 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument consisting of 14 statements which were later converted into interval data and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The research design used descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and the latest documentation. The data collected was performed data reduction, then analyzed by descriptively qualitatively, then presented narrative. The results showed that the work dissatisfaction of contract employees was caused by several things, namely salaries that were not in accordance with the workload, inadequate work facilities, and unfair supervisor policies towards contract employees. The impact of dissatisfaction is the low work motivation of employees so that it can reduce the quality of work of employees. In addition, an effort that can be done is to discipline employees. This research was conducted at Sea Breeze Lovina by taking the entire population of 32 employees and the objects were placement, compensation, and employee performance. This study uses quantitative data from questionnaires, while the data source uses primary data. In this study, the questionnaire method is a method used for data collection. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Techniques or ways to analyze the data used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and f test with the SPSS data processing application. The instrument used in studying the data is a questionnaire which will be given a score based on the Likert scale. This study uses a regional linear analysis method with regression of the dependent variable and one independent variable.
