In detail, this research seeks to get a clear picture of: \u00001) Marketing Segmentation, 2) Marketing Budget, 3) Marketing Budget, and 4) Marketing Mix. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sources of data in this study are the Director, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, and Consumers of the Garuda Training and Outbound Training Institute. Data collection techniques used by researchers are in-depth interviews, participant and non-participant observation and documentation. \u0000In general, the results of this study conclude that the service marketing strategy carried out by the Garuda Training Institute is quite good in accordance with marketing management theory. However, there are still some shortcomings, namely in terms of time management of members. Specifically, it can be explained as follows. First, the market segmentation that has been carried out has implemented accessible groups and also differentiates these market segments by region (geography). However, the Garuda Training Institute does not divide its market segments based on demographic specifications (religion, age, gender, education level, etc.). Second, the Budgeting carried out by the Garuda Training Institute does not apply the exact amount in its budget because it adjusts from the income of previous activities and will be used for future marketing. Third, conduct marketing timings through social media only at the beginning and end of the year. Because their market segment is from the Department and Agencies. Fourth, offer the program very clearly because it lists what the program is. The prices offered are friendly to consumers' pockets and consumers can also participate in discussing prices with the Institute. The place to do marketing is also clear, namely partnering with the Bajau Hotel which is located right at the tourist spot. This study aims to analyze business strategies in surviving the increasingly fierce competitive pressures in the market at the NZE Fresh Fruits fruit shop on Jalan Dr. Wahidin near the morning market in Pontianak City. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods by prioritizing interview methods and observation instruments, namely direct observations and assisted by literature studies. This research was conducted by analyzing the external environment and the internal environment through business functions. Then do a SWOT analysis, so that it can produce several alternatives in developing a business strategy for the NZE Fresh Fruits fruit shop. The results of this study indicate that the right strategy for NZE Fresh Fruits fruit shops is the intensive strategy. Some farmers spend their time in the fields. So, Most farmers find it difficult to worship, especially to praying together in mosques. But, in Tanjung Gundul there is a group of devount people who worship like always praying together in mosque even thought they are a farmers. It turns out they are members of a study institute of Al-Maunah Al-Karomah (Al-Makka). Besides that, they also regularly attend recitation from Al-Makka. It’s show that the strategy of preaching by the Al-Makka to farmers was effective. Therefore this study aims to reveal what strategies are used by da’i from Al-Makka. This research in included in qualitative research. This research method uses a case study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation with data collection tools in the form of researchers themselves, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Data validity test using triangulation and peer deriefing. Based on the analysis carried out, the researcher can conclude that: the sufistic da’wah strategy of farmers implemented by da’’ from Al-Makka, namely da’wah is carried out in the al-hikmah way which adapts to mad’u habits. The majority of mad’u work as farmers, most of time spent on agricultural land. Therefore da’i Al-Makka took this into account by guiding mad’u as well as in agriculture. From an economic-social point of view, it runs smoothly, then the next is from a spritual perspective. Dai made an approach using a sufistic da’wah stategy through the practice of the tarekat teachings ti the peasants. Lembaga ZIS dituntut membuat program yang inovatif dan kreatif serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan muzakii untuk mendapatkan loyalitas muzakki. Kondisi lembaga ZIS yang baik dapat menarik muzakki untuk menyalurkan dananya ke lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas muzakki. Pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas muzakki. Serta pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan secara simultan terhadap loyalitas muzakki LAZISMU Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan SPSS 16.0 Hasil penelitian yang didukung dengan terpenuhinya uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas, heterokedastisitas, autokorelasi dan uji multikolinieritas menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas muzakki LAZISMU Kalbar dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,550 > 2,037. Selanjutnya variabel kepuasan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,693 dan ttabel sebesar 2,037 berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka kepuasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas muzakki. Selain itu, belum ada penelitian tentang strategi dakwah di kawasan perbatasan Desa Badau, padahal kawasan perbatasan merupakan daerah yang rawan akan masuknya ideologi asing sehingga strategi dakwah penting diterapkgtan agar Islam dapat berdiri kokoh. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Metode yang digunakan para da’i dalam berdakwah kepada masyarakat perbatasan di Desa Badau; 2) Materi yang disampaikan para da’i dalam berdakwah kepada masyarakat perbatasan di Desa Badau; 3) Media yang digunakan para da’i dalam berdakwah kepada masyarakat perbatasan di Desa Badau; 4) Hambatan dan peluang yang dihadapi para da’i dalam berdakwah kepada masyarakat perbatasan di Desa Badau. \u0000Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif.Sumber data utama adalah para da’i dan masyarakat Desa Badau sebagai mad’u dakwah.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi dakwah di Desa Badau sudah cukup tepat dan sesuai diterapkan pada masyarakat Desa Badau yang mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan keagamannya rendah, hal ini menyebabkan tidak ada ideologi asing yang masuk ke Desa Badau, kesimpulan ini diambil berdasarkan: pertama, metode dakwah yang digunakan oleh para da’i di Desa Badau Kecamatan Badau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu bervariasi diantaranya dakwah bil-Lisan, bil-Hal, bil-Hikmah, dan al-Mauidzatil Hasanah. Kedua, materi dakwah yang disampaikan oleh para da’i di Desa Badau Kecamatan Badau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu adalah tentang Aqidah dan Fiqh dasar. Ketiga, media dakwah yang digunakan oleh para da’i di Desa Badau Kecamatan Badau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu belum ada yang khusus karena belum lengkapnya akses media dakwah yang dapat digunakan dan kurangnya pengetahuan da’i tentang penggunaan media dakwah modern.Keempat, Peluang Dakwah di Desa Badau Kecamatan Badau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu sangat terbuka, diantaranya antusiasme mad’u menerima pesan dakwah dan penggunaan media modern yang belum begitu banyak, sedangkan hambatan dakwahnya adalah kurangnya partisipasi da’i dalam pengembangan dakwah secara intensif. Roti Gembul adalah bagian unit bisnis dari Pondok Modern Munzalan Ashabul Yamin. Roti Gembul punya rutinitas yang berbeda dari usaha produk roti lain yaitu menutup outlet-outlet ketika menjelang waktu shalat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam yang ada pada toko Roti Gembul di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Sumber penelitian adalah toko Roti Gembul yang ada di Kota Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah trianggulasi dan member check.
