Hasanah","doi":"10.24260/j-md.v4i1.1324","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24260/j-md.v4i1.1324","url":null,"abstract":"This research is motivated by the many people who are so enthusiastic about coming on a pilgrimage to the tomb of Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Al-Qadri in Batu Layang, Pontianak City.  Increasingly, the tomb of Al-Qadri was increasing, initially it was not projected for tourism, but because many were interested, it became a tourist attraction and is continuously being expanded.  However, according to the management, this cannot be said to have received sufficient attention from the government. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach.  The data sources in this study are primary data consisting of the Secretary of the King of the Qadriah Palace, the caretaker of the tomb, the head of the waqf, and pilgrims.  While secondary data consists of institutional documents, observations, books, articles, journals, internet and social media accounts.  Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods.  Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Makam Mbah Nur Durya terkenal di kabupaten pemalang, Salah satu yang menjadi pemikat para peziarah untuk berkunjung kemakam Mbah Nur yaitu karena karomah yang dimiliki oleh beliau. Sumur yang berada tepat diarea makam dan berada ditepi sungai menambah citra dan menjadi salah satu potensi dari wisata religi dan menjadi pengikat para pengunjung. Walaupun tidak ada media promosi makam Mbah Nur selalu ramai di gandrungi oleh para peziarah. Pada kegiatan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Makam Mbah Nur tidaklah terlepas dari sistem pengelolaan pada Makam Mbah Nur tersendiri. Maka dari itu penulisan jurnal ini difokuskan pada sejarah makam Mbah Nur Durya bin Zayyid, Bagaimana sistem pengelolaan pada Makam Mbah Nur, dan proses penyebaran Islam di Daerah Moga. Kegiatan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan yang menghasilkan data berupa deskripsi dari sebuah objek penelitian yang diteliti. Penelitian dilaksanakn oleh penulis dan menghasilkan data yang mengenai sejarah Makam Mbah Nur dari semasa hidupnya hingga beliau wafat. Di indonesia sendiri mengalami penurunan perekonomian secara drastis  sebesar 2,07 persen menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Selama dua tahun indonesia mengalami pandemi covid-19. Belum mereda sepenuhnya permasalahan lain muncul, yakni permasalahan peraang yang terjadi antara ukraina dan rusia. Hal ini berakibat sektor pangan dunia mengalami krisis. Secara tidak langsung permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada sektor perdagangan, akan tetapi melalui analisis SWOT hal ini tidak berpengaruh besar pada pedagang apem di wilayah Kesesi. Dikarenakan pedagang apem di daerah Kesesi memiliki strategi dalam mempertahankan kualitas produknya sehingga kestabilan pendapatan tetap terjaga. Metode yng digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif karena penulis dalam mengumpulkan datanya dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung ke Desa Kesesi melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa pedagang apem di Desa Kesesi. The strategy includes a management process consisting of management functions that are the focus of this research, including: The aims of this research are: 1) planning; 2) implementation in the form of socialization, cooperation and methods; and 3) evaluation. To explore this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach. data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that: 1) the planning carried out by Mujahidin Youth in the field of women was determining the presenters, materials, and schedule of activities. This activity is in accordance with the needs of today's youth and Muslim women with the concept of providing gifts or door prizes. 2) the implementation carried out by Mujahidin Youth in the field of women is socialization (invitation for information on activities about routine Muslim women studies from social media such as Facebook and Instagram), collaboration with related parties, namely SALIMAH and Orchi Chicken. From the results of cooperation in The Female Field with SALIMAH, The Female Field gets a presenter who will be determined by SALIMAH to fill KARIMAH's da'wah activities, and from the collaboration in The Female Field with Orchi Chicken, namely The Female Field, a free meal voucher is given in the implementation process such as materials and door prizes provided is part of the da'wah method. The results of the study can be seen that the implementation of the management of the Jami' Keraton Ismahayana Landak mosque there is a management application, the activity programs that have been made have also gone through the planning stage which is the main factor if these activities are to be realized. So the things that are needed, from determining the implementing committee, the equipment to be used, maintaining the cleanliness of the mosque environment and preparing worship facilities and infrastructure have gone through the planning stage through a meeting held by the mosque management and also involving the Ismahayana Landak Palace. The results showed that partially the value of tcalculated  > ttabel or 4.151>1,660, namely differentiation strategies had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as brand image has significantly effect on purchasing decisions with the value of tcalculated  >ttable,  7,729>1,660. Foundations that oversee formal educational institutions have different strategies and decision-making with targeted goals and special considerations in determining the program decisions to be realized. This study focuses on the concept, pattern and implementation of the agreed da'wah program. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Several methods were used to collect data, including observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and data validation. The results show that: first, the concept of the da'wah program, namely the leadership of the foundation, designs a program idea that will be discussed with the parties within the foundation. Second, the pattern of the da'wah program, namely the program design, will be followed up by seeing how much impact will be obtained later in the form of an initial design. Third, implementation, namely joint partnerships with resource persons whose implementation was carried out significantly as well as partnering with extracurricular programs in the form of local taklim majlis in the area around the school environment.
