The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定、描述和分析BADKO管理人员在提高索威特地区TPQ教学人力资源质量方面的作用。TPQ教师与优质人力资源的形成,其中之一离不开BADKO管理层在组织各项与提高TPQ教学人力资源质量有关的活动中所发挥的作用。本研究使用的研究类型是定性研究。研究结果表明:1)BADKO sawwit管理对TPQ教师和周边社区进行定期指导,以完成古兰经文盲运动。2)对Sawit区TPQ教师进行TPQ管理培训。3)创建TPQ教学课程。4)开展各种培训,从如何教学培训到创业培训等。5)举办促进TPQ教师之间友谊的活动。6)向各TPQ分发政府或其他机构提供的各种援助信息。
