Data that is processed using SPSS software. The method of this research is the quasi-experimental method with the research design of the post-test control group design. The population in this study was the seventh grade of  SMPN 1 TelukJambe Barat City of  Karawang. Determination of the sample is done by the technique used which is not random so the class selected as the experimental class is class VII D and VII A as the control class. Instruments given to students in the form of test questions (pretest-posttest) related to indicators of mathematical problem solving abilities. Analysis of data processing was carried out on the results tests of mathematical problem solving abilities of students at SMPN 1 TelukJambe Barat. To get the research data, the instruments were used in the form of tests (pretest-posttest) and self efficacy scale. The analysis of the study used the average difference test. The results of the study concluded: (1) Achievement and improvement of mathematical problem solving skills that are learned by using contextual teaching and learning approaches are better than students who receive learning with a scientific approach. The method of this research is quasi research. The research population was 120 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Naringgul. The sample or subject of this study were 28 students. Data collection techniques are non-test or questionnaire. The data collection tool is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques. In general, the results of the research on positive agreement with a high percentage where the Very Agree (SS) response produces an average of 27.2% with the criteria of almost half. The instruments used were a test of problem solving skills as many as 5 items. The population in this study were students of SMP 1 Jatisari class VIII A in Sukamaju Village which consisted of 18 students and 12 female students. This study was a quasi-experimental study using the results of a trial test pretest-posttest experimental control group. The instrument used in this study is a test to measure mathematical creative thinking skills in the form of 5 questions. Then the score data of students' mathematical creative thinking ability were analyzed statistically by using a difference test of two average values from the results of the pretest-posttest. The results showed that students' creative mathematical thinking ability using the Problem Based Learning approach was different from the results of the pretest-posttest. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi pada kelas XII Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara A. Metode yang digunakan pada pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi, tes. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pendekatan problem solving pada hasil belajar siswa dan nilai yang didapat siswa pada setiap siklusnya terus meningkat. Persentase hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai diatas 7 pada sebelum diberi tindakan adalah 13% dan setelah diberi tindakan persentasenya terus mmeningkat pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus pertama persentasenya adalah 56% Kemudian pada siklus kedua persentasenyaa adalah 81%. The ability to think creatively mathematically is the ability to learn mathematics in finding new ideas or ideas that are different from the way, in their own language. This research was conducted on 29 students in one of the Vocational Schools in Cimahi City using qualitative descriptive methods. The instruments used were in the form of 4 items of description with mathematical creative thinking skills in space geometry. After getting the results or data, then the data is presented in the form of a percentage. And it can be concluded from this study that the ability of mathematical creative thinking of SMK students in Cimahi City is still very low because only one indicator whose percentage exceeds 50% is an indicator of fluency. Problem solving skills can encourage students to think critically, creatively, and can develop other mathematical abilities. The research conducted aims to analyze students 'problem solving abilities in solving problems in mathematical problems and to determine students' self-efficacy towards mathematics. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The test given is a description problem and attitude scale to measure students' self-efficacy. Questions were tested on class VIII students in one of the junior high schools in the city of Bandung.
