However, the scaling of the transistors, top increase its number, for the same area of an IC reduces its sub-threshold voltage with its increase in the leakage power consumption. Scaling at different scales (45 nm, 60 nm, 90 nm etc.) leads to major losses both at static and dynamic phase of the circuits. The Power consumption is based on the number of elements and its fabrication [14] with its orientation and connections in an integrated circuit. It is the dominant factor in today's scenario for any VLSI circuit designer as per reported by ITRS [1]. Different techniques such as stack [3], [6], sleepy stack [11], [12], sleepy keeper [3], leakage feedback with stack [6] etc., were developed to reduce leakage power consumption at the cost of delay and area penalty. We used the interdigital resonator for designing this filter. Using interdigital finger resonator we are getting the ultrawide band with one notch and due to diode we are getting the second notch. When diode is in OFF state we are getting one notch at 7.75GHz and in ON state we are getting the two notches one the previous one and second at 4.5GHz. The notches are removing the interference due to satellite systems in UWB band. The size of filter is compact with dimension 17 × 17 X 1 mm3 with the ground plane. For designing of this structure FR-4 substrate of thickness 1 mm and dielectric constant 4.9 is used. Simulation and analysis of this structure is done on the electromagnetic simulation software, computer simulation technology microwave studio (CST MWS). The proposed filter is working for whole UWB band from 3.1 to 10.6GHz and rejecting the frequencies 4.5GHz and 7.75GHz. The proposed filter is designed that uses combination of step impedance low pass filter (LPF) and the optimum distributed high pass filter (HPF). The Wi-Max ((Worldwide interoperability Microwave Access)) band pass filter is deployed on FR4 dielectric substrate with thickness of 0.8mm and the filter occupies 38.64mm × 30mm area. This filter is operating in the Wi-Max pass band of 2.34 GHz to 2.58GHz and it has a insertion loss of (S21) -1.6dB and return loss of (S11) -19.94dB. Several conventional methods had been proposed to optimize the PID controller, yet, the results were highly unsatisfactory in terms of large overshoot and big surge, thus came the requirement for more convergent algorithm and therefore modern heuristic approach such as Simulated Annealing is employed to improve the capability of traditional techniques. In this paper, a simulated annealing PID controller is designed using IAE, ISE, ITAE, ITSE and MSE error criteria for stable linear time invariant continuous system. The gain parameters Kp Ki and Kd are tuned and applied to PID controller. Such systems must effectively retrieve medical images of the same kind. In this paper, we propose to extract local binary pattern (LBP) Histogram Fourier features from each image and the query image, perform the histogram intersection and then apply KNN classifier over the output images of the histogram intersection such that only nearby distance images with respect to the query image is retrieved, thus improving the performance of the system in terms of precision and recall. The proposed technique is compared with that of the histogram intersection based classification and KNN classification separately. Edge is one of the basic characteristics of the image, which carries the vital information of image. This paper presents the use of edge detection algorithm combined with thresholding, algorithm simplified in such a way that the desired parameters such as radius, area and other dependent dimensional parameters of selected objects could successfully be determined. Further, the pixel intensity of image plays role in feature extraction and object detection. Thresholding of image is one of the important and unavoidable steps and necessary for conversion of any kind of images either colored or black and white. The fundamental concepts and theory of image thresholding is used to calculate various parameters. Also, in case of handwritten documents there could be inconsistency in the darkness of the letters. Though many algorithms have been proposed for Document image binarization, there has not been an effective algorithm which can efficiently binarize all kinds of documents. In this paper we propose a method to perform document image binarization using bit-plane slicing. The proposed method is deployed based on the rule of divide-and-conquer. In this paper, by using the software of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (iSIGHT) combined with the finite element analysis software (ANSYS), the optimization design of a wire race ball bearing used in rotating platform was accomplished by taking dynamic load rating as objective function and the statics, other requests as constraints. Each network device has buffer for keeping incoming packet if packet is not immediately transferred, keep packets if imitative space is available and drop packets if imitative space is exhausted. Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) devices also using imitative space for same purpose as other network devices. Most MANET devices uses Drop Tail queue in which packets are accepted till the queue is empty and starts dropping all incoming packets when queue becomes full. Retransmission of lost data packets needs resource consumption (i.e. battery power and link bandwidth) which is critical in MANET. Drop tail queue suffer the issue of global Synchronization. RED uses a technique called, early detection of packet drop without waiting to queue get overflow, this technique notify the sender to slow down reduce the packet sending rate and also inform the receiver to not to send acknowledgement packets.
