In this paper, by using the software of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (iSIGHT) combined with the finite element analysis software (ANSYS), the optimization design of a wire race ball bearing used in rotating platform was accomplished by taking dynamic load rating as objective function and the statics, other requests as constraints. 摘要

线套球轴承是一种特殊类型的四点接触球轴承,主要用于对质量较低和空间有限有特殊要求的场合。本文利用iSIGHT多学科设计优化软件与ANSYS有限元分析软件相结合,以动载荷等级为目标函数,以静力、其他要求为约束条件,完成了旋转平台用线滚球轴承的优化设计。优化结果表明,线套球轴承的动载荷额定值由31647N提高到42083N。
