In this paper we have implemented a Shannon-fano algorithm for data compression through VHDL coding. Using VHDL implementation we can easily observe that how many bits we can save or how much data gets compressed during transmission, and we can also see the encoding of the respective symbol of transmit data. In the field of data compression the Shannon-fano algorithm is used, this algorithm is also used in an implode compression method which are used in zip file or .rar format. This feature of context awareness can be further enhanced using machine learning. This is possible by providing services not only related to the usage pattern of the users but also the environmental context of the user. Android being one of the most popular mobile platform has constantly addressed context awareness through hardware and software support. This paper evaluates the Android platform and also proposes a framework that incorporates context-aware services along with machine learning capability in order to provide a one of a kind pattern oriented framework that not only aids in development of applications but also utilizes the hardware support of sensors of the Android hardware system to utilize the full potential of the mobile platform. Finally this paper also evaluates the framework by building an application that helps to solve the transit problems arising due to potholes present in the streets of Mumbai. This strategy improves the performance of the FLC strategy by adjusting the universe of FLC input and output variables online, and designs the self-adaptive law of output universe based on Lyapunov function. This paper introduces modified clipped-optimal (MCO) into VAFC active control strategy and puts forward VAFC/MCO semi-active control strategy. Due to great possibility of malicious data entering in any field of concern, it has become a necessity to build not just a generalized model for anomaly detection but also train the same model to work with utmost precision. K-means clustering algorithm although is one of the most easiest and quite popular unsupervised clustering algorithm, it can be used to dovetail PCA and Robust MCD to build a very generalized and robust anomaly detection system. Standard problems resulting from K-means algorithm is its constant attempt to find local minima and result in a cluster that leads to ambiguity, however if the same K-means algorithm is combined with principal component analysis technique(PCA),it results in the formation of more closely centered cluster that works well with K-means algorithm, and with the application of a customized robust and adaptive outlier detection algorithm can provide a great boost to the the anomaly detection problem. The proposed algorithm is based on “Split and Concurrent Selection” (SCS) strategy. First, the data sequence is split in several pieces that are sorted in parallel using Radix sort. After that it applies parallel selection sort to obtain the final sorted sequence. Parallel selection sort finds the correct position of each elements of a data sequence and then copy the elements of a data sequence to corresponding position to obtain the final sorted data sequence. This paper analyses the computational complexity of proposed parallel sorting algorithm and compares it with other existing algorithms. It is implemented using CUDA 5.0 and results are evaluated on Tesla C2075 GPU. Experimental results of proposed algorithm are compared with results of best sequential sorting algorithm and odd- even merge sort based parallel sorting algorithm. The analysis is done on a general frequency range that falls under microwave frequency range for all the three filters. The filters are used for different applications in their range. This paper covers the design analysis of the three filters on Electromagnetic (EM) Circuit Simulator respectively along with their performance analysis curves and further this practical analysis of the filters is compared to their corresponding theoretical response as obtained from MATLAB by using the transfer function for the filters respectively. Coupled lines section is used to achieve the necessary impedance transformation at two selected frequencies. The topology of the structure, different from conventional Wilkinson power divider, is the couple lines instead of the transmission lines. In this paper the structure is presents on the Rogers RT5880 substrate, Using CST Microwave studio, by this substrates design there is simulated return loss is greater than 10 dB at center frequencies 6.7 GHz and 8.0 GHz. The average insertion loss is 3 dB and group delays are around 0.90 ns at 6.7 GHz and 0.81 ns at 8 GHz at these two center frequencies.
