They have to be monitored and measured rigorously due to their behavior having a direct and serious impact on product quality, safety, productivity, pollution and finance. However, industrial processes have enormous volumes of complex and high dimensional data available, with poorly defined domains and redundant, noisy or inaccurate measures with unknown parameters. Therefore, using just relevant and informative variables will decrease the high dimensionality and will facilitate the use of techniques to find patterns in data to correctly identify the functional states of the process, improving the performance of monitoring and measuring tasks. In this paper, we address the problem of sensor selection in industrial processes, where a mathematical or structural model and the class labels are not available or suitable. We propose a wrapper feature selection approach based on clustering, to perform an accurate process dataset classification with minimal variables needed. The proposed method is applied on an intensification reactor, the ’open plate reactor (OPR)’, over thiosulfate and esterification reactions. The objective of this study is channel impulse response for micro cells in urban areas. To verify reproducibility using the scale model, a one-hundredth scale model of an urban area using concrete blocks is constructed and power delay profiles are measured using the model in the 2 GHz and 10 GHz bands. The measured r.m.s. delay spreads are small values and are approximately 1/5 compared to those for a real environment. By extended Fukuma and Matsubara’s criterion, the derived critical cycloid can be determined from the nonlinearity in the nonlinear feedback system. Then, by Kharitonov Theorem, Nyquist envelops of the inverse uncertain linear plants can formed by different templates respect to the individual frequency. According to Nyquist envelops passing through the critical cycloid or not, we can judge the jump resonance may or never occur. It offers more scalability than the shared-bus based interconnection, allows more processors to operate concurrently. Because NoC has dedicated wires, performance can be predicted. In this context, we proposed a 2D-NoC named OASIS, which is a 4x4 mesh topology design using Wormhole switching and Stall-and-Go flow control scheme. Although OASIS-NoC has its advantages over the shared-bus based systems, it has also some limitations such as high power consumption, high cost communication, and low throughput. To overcome those limitations we propose a 3D-NoC (3D OASIS-NoC) which is an extension to our 2D OASIS-NoC. We call this system \"View-aid\". View-aid system is glasses with a small digital wireless CMOS camera. And View-aid is used when low-vision wants to verify the surroundings. The image that is taken with this camera is transmitted to the PDA with the Bluetooth transmission. It takes about 0.9 second to transmit a QVGA size image, and about 2 seconds in the VGA size. We have developed the function of recognizing signature characters in life environment with View-aid system. This function is to detect signature characters in the taken image and to read out the price on goods. From our experimental result the success rate of detecting signature characters was 88%, but the rate of reading out signature characters was 25 %. Our problem in the future is to raise this success rate. The individual nodes in such networks would be severely limited in their capabilities - they will have limited memory and CPU resources and would typically run on batteries. A suitable routing protocol for large wireless sensor networks should scale well with the size of the network in terms of the control packet, memory and processing overhead. Dynamic link/node characteristics, such as PHY/MAC loss rates and battery levels, in such networks require continuous monitoring of the quality of existing routes and frequent discovery of new routes. The routing protocol should allow distribution of traffic load through out the network to avoid artificial congestion, and hence high MAC level loss rates, in parts of the network. The existing routing protocols do not meet all the criteria mentioned above. Hence, we propose a new routing protocol meeting the criteria mentioned above. This means multiple authentication and authorization methods exist into that data. Specific management tools can be targets of attacks, since some security risks are easier to target than others. Some of these security risks include authentication issues, roles and permissions as well as access restrictions. First of all, a block-based background extraction method is used to construct the background image. Second, the moving object can be detected by the use of RGB-based motion detection method and then the shadow removal scheme. Finally, a temporal signal representing the dynamic area of minimal rectangular regions covering the moving object is determined and then serves as a feature. By applying the discrete Fourier transform on the temporal signal, the various human motion statuses can be efficiently recognized according to the maximal magnitudes and the corresponding frequencies.
