By the characteristic of base function depending on geometric form the computing quantities of base function and coefficients matrix are reduced by constructing the same meshes. And farther coefficients matrix of fem quick filling is realized and the quick solving of aim problem is achieved as well. The algorithm is demonstrated by eigen modes solving of the rectangle filling waveguide. Therefore, electromagnetic sensitivity research is important to the safety of the system. This study analyses the carrier-to-noise ratio of the receiver under different interferences, and analyzed the relationship between the carrier-to-noise ratio and the variance of pseudo-range. The pseudo-range point positioning model was established through MATLAB, and Monte Carlo simulation was performed to obtain the positioning deviation under different interferences. The results show that the equivalent carrier-to-noise ratio of the receiver decreases and the variance of pseudo range becomes larger, as the interference power continues to increase. For areas where a large number of electronic devices are distributed, the allocation of spectrum resources among electronic devices is the key issue. Aiming at the problem of spectrum resource allocation between electronic devices, this paper proposes a spectrum allocation algorithm based on the idea of proportional equity algorithm. The algorithm comprehensively considers the interference between the working frequency points of each device, electromagnetic environment constraints, device priority weight values, and the number of frequency points required by each device. Through the dynamic adjustment of the device allocation weight value during the allocation process, and constantly weighing the impact of the interference value of the current allocated frequency point, the algorithm proposed in this paper has become a fairer spectrum allocation algorithm. By placing TEV monitoring devices on multi-switchgear data of partial discharge could be get, then wireless network is used to synchronize the data of multiple sensors, after that the partial discharge signals of multi-switchgear at the same time could be get and their amplitude could be used for comparison, finally the purpose of “locating to single switchgear” could be achieved. Through hardware design and synchronization logic locating is realized. The radiation experiment platform of lossy nonuniform microstrip lines is built with a pulser injected into the GTEM cell. The simulation and experiment results are highly agreed when the terminations are resistances. The power cable joint uses metal mesh to restore the metal shielding layer. This paper studies the shielding effectiveness (SE) of metal mesh used for cable joint. Compare and analyze the shielding effectiveness of joint copper mesh and the effect of different specifications and double-layer copper mesh on the shielding effectiveness in terms of theoretical calculation and simulation. The results show that the shielding effectiveness of copper mesh varies with frequency; comparing different specifications of copper mesh, the shielding effectiveness of dense mesh is higher than that of sparse mesh; the shielding effectiveness of double-layer wire mesh is higher than that of single-layer wire mesh with the same specification when the distance between two-layer wire mesh is reasonably selected. Therefore, higher requirements on the dynamic voltage balancing and synchronization characteristics are put forward. In this paper, the action characteristics of 500kV HVDC CB and the stress of fast mechanical switches in main branch are analyzed. A model of fast mechanical switches in 500kV HVDC CB is built, and the distributed capacitance parameters are extracted. The voltage equalization measures of multi-switch series structure are studied. It is suggested that the voltage balancing capacitance can be 65nF, the damping resistance can be 200Ω, and the voltage balancing resistance can be 200MΩ. The voltage distribution of fast mechanical switches in different periods of operation is explored under operation lightning impulse (OLI), and the requirement of synchronization in the case of loss of redundancy is explored. By analyzing the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic and UHF signals, an inversion formula of PD intensity is established, which can accurately eliminate the influence of detection distance on the accuracy of PD detection. According to the difference of ultrasonic velocity and UHF signal velocity, a method of calculating PD defect distance based on statistics was proposed to provide a new reference for the defect location of covered conductor lines and improve the inspection efficiency. Then, the algorithm design scheme based on the above method is introduced in detail.
