In order to analyze the results, the program (spss.v.19) was used. The work presents one of the world's leading experiences in this field, which is the Chinese experience. The purpose is to benefit from this experience and promote foreign and domestic direct investment that depends on innovation, especially in the light of the foundations and the qualifications that are available in the Arab countries, including Algeria, on the one hand, and the indicators that place them in late ranks in this field on the other hand. The study results showed that the level of creative capabilities and economic components that characterize China are great. This study aims to investigate the effect of climate change on both short and long-run economic growth in Africa using a panel of 34 selected African countries for the period of 1971–2019. The study relies on a dynamic panel model with a multifactor error structure; we estimate the model through the cross-sectionally augmented autoregressive distributed lag (CS-ARDL) and the cross-sectionally augmented distributed lag (CS-DL) approaches. We find clear evidence that climate change is negatively associated with economic growth in both the short and long-run. The study was applied to the \"CHIALI GROUP\" Foundation located in Sidi BelAbbes where a questionnaire composed of 50 items has been distributed, and analyzed using SPSS V.22 software. The study found that the foundation under study has adopted the principles of social responsibility stipulated in the United Nations Global Compact, and also the foundation seeks to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. The first is the adoption of a severe austerity policy, while the second is to take a negative stance and go about things as agreed until a new government is elected and bears the burden of searching for a solution to the crisis, in addition to the challenges surrounding the adoption of alternative mechanisms, which makes it more difficult despite being better than the options presented. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaires were distributed to a sample of accounting professionals (accountants, auditors, and university professors of accounting).where Green accounting is the method by which a judgment are made on economic institutions environment responsibility commitment extent by providing information about the costs incurred in this area, that it can considered like an effective system for environmental performance controlling . The results of this study revealed that There is a higher awareness of the importance of green accounting application in economic institutions by the members of the syudy.
