The study concluded the need to take care of the sustainability of the agricultural system by preserving the environment and ensuring the rights of future generations to the same extent that guarantees abundantagricultural production, which would enhance Algeria's ability to provide food and improve the quality of life for individuals, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have relied on the descriptive analytical approach by collecting data issued in official reports of reliable scientific journals. To achieve this objective, we have calculated the ratios using a comparative approach. The results show that both companies are profitable, solvent and liquid. However, there are performance gaps between them.
