Based on the financial inclusion index adopted by the World Bank, the main objective of this research is to study and analyze the level of financial inclusion in Arab countries compared to the rest of the world, while highlighting its reality in Algeria. To accomplish so, the study examines the extent to which E-IMC has been used, as well as the level of awareness, internal and external hurdles, problems, and benefits of employing it in the context of touristic marketing performance. In addition, the study had to include the characteristics of touristic agencies in terms of type, job sector, number of employees, and export experience. A mixed-method approach was utilized to study these research concerns. Following a detailed literature analysis, a speculative model of tourist market performance was developed. A questionnaire was created and given to 111 tourism agencies as part of the study. It was found from the applied study (the case of ENIEM Corporation) that the preparation of its financial statements according to the international accounting standards, this preparation greatly facilitated the study of the budget and calculating the result using the tools of financial analysis, where a judgment was reached on the financial position of the institution. The study concluded that the partnership between public and private sectors, if it has the right structure, can be developed successfully, that’s what has been proved by the actual progress made by the Kingdom by opening new sectors and reforming laws and regulations, which led to an increase interest in partnership projects between the public sector and the private one.
