Abstract

The study aimed to examine the relationship of workplace incivility to job satisfaction and employees’ turnover intentions among nurses working in the public hospital institution El Houari Boumediene Chalghoum Eid-Mila.In order to achieve this, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool were used, which were distributed to a random sample of 63 male and female nurses. In order to analyze the results, the program (spss.v.19) was used.
