Marriage defines marriage as a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman to form a happy and eternal family, based on belief in the Almighty God. The purpose of marriage, among other things, is to produce offspring. Children are considered a gift and responsibility that must be supervised because they have value, position and rights as human beings. Children's rights are recognized in the 1945 Constitution and the Child Protection Law, but children born out of wedlock face legal challenges regarding their status and rights. This article highlights the legal problems of children outside of marriage. Children born out of wedlock have a complex legal status and are often not recognized in aspects of care, inheritance rights and the validity of the birth certificate. This has a major impact on the child's welfare and is a burden for the mother and her family. The application process for determining the origin of children outside of marriage in Indonesia is regulated in the Marriage Law. This research focuses on the implementation of requests for recognition of illegitimate children through a case study of Religious Court Determination Number 161/PDT.P/2023/PA.TNK. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the legal process for recognizing children outside of marriage and its impact on children's rights. Corruption is considered a serious problem that affects all levels of society and has a detrimental impact on the country's progress. This research tries to analyze the factors that cause criminal acts of corruption, such as low salaries, systemic corruption, dissatisfaction and a culture of bribery. By using normative juridical research methods, this research also evaluates the judge's considerations in handing down decisions against perpetrators of criminal acts of accepting bribes. Judges are expected to be able to consider juridical aspects, such as evidence and charges, as well as non-juridical factors, such as justice, legal certainty and the benefit of society. This research reveals that preventing and dealing with the crime of accepting bribes needs to involve serious efforts in improving institutional structures, increasing transparency, strengthening supervision, and increasing integrity and ethics in public services. Collaborative efforts between government, civil society and the private sector are considered essential to create an environment free of corruption. The research results also highlight the importance of judges' careful and fair consideration in handing down decisions. One of the companies that is active in improving the leadership and work motivation of ground handling employees is PT. Gapura Angkasa Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Therefore, leadership style is very important in order to create creative, intelligent and superior human resources. This research is useful for knowing the influence of leadership on the work motivation of ground handling employees at PT. Angkasa Gapura Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is ground handling employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, totaling 439 people, while a sample of 85 respondents was taken using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software with simple linear regression analysis, T test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the data analysis test showed that the significance value of variable X on Y was 0.000 0.05, which means that there is a significant and positive influence. If we look at the simultaneous R square (R^2) between variables X and Y, it can be interpreted that the influence of leadership on the work motivation of ground handling employees at PT. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods in data collection using observation, interview, in-depth and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study amounted to seven people, of which five elderly people were actively working, including banana fruit traders, tissue sellers, blacksmiths, parking attendants, seasoning entrepreneurs, and two supporting subjects, namely children of the elderly and the Head of protection and social security. This study used purposive techniques based on certain criteria. The results of this study show that in carrying out economic activities, preparation is needed before carrying out activities, the process of implementing activities and the difficulties experienced during work. The results of observational analysis of research show that in carrying out economic activities in the need for behavior and physical ability to work by showing interest in work and social action. Rational and irrational social actions are behind the elderly still working. Instrumental actions go into all the reasons they work because the economic activity they do certainly produces something useful for their purposes, although these actions are not the main reason they work. The informal economic activities that the elderly choose are carried out independently. The human life cycle involves various significant events, including death, which requires documentation for legal certainty and administration. Despite existing regulations, there is still a lack of public interest in handling death certificates. Factors influencing people's reasons for obtaining death certificates involve legal obligations, inheritance administration, insurance claims, legal security, retirement, identity control, civil registry updates, religious rituals, asset management, and social assistance. This research employs a normative legal research method, referencing Law Number 16 of 2019 and Law Number 1 of 1974. The results indicate that the judge's considerations in approving or rejecting applications for death certificate issuance include sufficient evidence, public interest, procedural accuracy, data consistency, suspicion of information, disagreements among parties, the legal validity of applicants, the interests of children or heirs, and the risk of misuse. This is due, among other things, to Indonesia being located between two continents and considering the development of science and technology, the influence of globalization and very advanced transportation and a shift in materialistic values with the dynamics of the target market for illicit trafficking. Narcotics are drugs or substances that are useful in the fields of medicine, health services and scientific development. However, on the other hand, it can cause dependency which is very detrimental if it is used without control and supervision by certain individuals. Then, to make it easier to pronounce it, it can be abbreviated to the term Narcotics, namely Narcotics and dangerous addictive drugs. The problem in this research is what are the factors that cause perpetrators to abuse class I narcotics for themselves and how accountable perpetrators of class I narcotics abuse are for themselves based on Decision Number: 103/Pid.Sus/PN Kot. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach. This normative approach is carried out by viewing legal issues as rules that are considered appropriate to normative juridical research. Normative juridical research is carried out by means of literature studies on matters of a theoretical nature, namely an approach carried out by examining legal sources, legal principles and opinions of scholars as well as applicable laws and regulations. The Empirical Approach is an approach carried out through direct research on the research object by means of observation and interviews related to the research problem. The results of this research show that the factors that cause perpetrators to abuse class I narcotics for themselves are based on internal and external factors. The internal factors that exist in himself are due to problems in his family or at home where he is looking for an escape to calm himself down, while external factors occur due to the influence of bad social interactions and the curiosity of young people. Then, the responsibility of the perpetrator of the crime of narcotics abuse of class I is for himself, which can have a detrimental impact on individuals and society, especially the younger generation, and can even cause a greater danger to the life and cultural values of the nation. In this case the defendant has been detained by members of the Tanggamus Police. The prosecutor as public prosecutor imposed charges against the defendant in the form of imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 4 (four) months, which the judge then sentenced to imprisonment for 1 (one) year as stated in Decision Number 103/Pid.Sus/ 2023/PN City. This action not only harms the victim materially, but also emotionally and psychologically. The implications of violent theft in the justice system are very important to consider, because this relates to justice and the protection of society. A review of violent theft shows that these acts are often committed by perpetrators from low socio-economic backgrounds and are often involved in other criminal activities. Implications for the justice system include a fair and effective law enforcement process, as well as the need for rehabilitation for perpetrators so they can return to society as productive individuals. The research method used is normative juridical by approaching rules, regulations, norms and all policies in force in Indonesia relating to the scope of violent theft. The results of this research show that the crime of theft with violence is in positive law. The crime of theft with violence is regulated in Article 365 of the KUHP which states that it is punishable by imprisonment for 9 (nine) years. Theft is preceded, accompanied or followed by violence or threats of violence. is threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of twelve years if it is committed at night in a closed yard, if it is committed by two or more people, if it is committed by two or more people, if it enters the house by breaking or using a fake key and if the act results in serious injury.
