So that the formation of laws will reflect the configuration of power and political interests. In the actualization of political power and interests, sometimes there is a clash between the interests of fragmatism and those that are permanent and in favor of the benefit of mankind. This means that the interests of ideological values that live and develop in society can be configured with the interests of political power fragmatism. Therefore, first, the legislative program for several aspects of the modernization of Islamic family law politics in Indonesia, namely starting with the history of legislation on marriage in Indonesia, one of which is the Dutch East Indies Government circulating the Draft Ordinance on Registered Marriage, which includes the principle of monogamy and the prohibition of imposing divorce out of court. Business actors and the government are also racing to improve tourism infrastructure, including lodging facilities. Based on observations, data was obtained that in 2018 the number of accommodations in the City of Bukittinggi was 107 inns. The number of guests staying in 2016-2017 increased by 1.51%, then in 2017-2018, it increased by 5.66%. This study aims to examine the effect of products and accommodation prices on the purchase interest of tourists in the city of Buktinggi using quantitative descriptive methods. The population used is tourists who have stayed at the accommodation in the city of Bukittinggi, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from the Department of Tourism, Youth, and Sports, by testing the hypothesis of multiple linear regression techniques. This tourist attraction is relatively new, so it is still managed by the community. An attraction that is favored by this tourist attraction is a fish pond with a karst cliff on one side. Bukik Baka is a beautiful hill that has lovely sees and can also be used as a camping site. This tourist attraction is still in the early stages of growth. Since opening in April 2018, the available tourist facilities are still minimal, but tourist visits to this tourist attraction are very busy. This study aims to figure out how to develop the tourism potential of Luak Gadang Bukik Baka, so that it can attract tourist visits to Jorong Guguak Rangpisang, Nagari Kamang Hilia, Agam Regency. The research approach used is the qualitative descriptive method. Obtaining the informant's researchers used the snowball technique. Observation, question, and answer (interview), and recording were used as data collection techniques. Based on the findings of the study, it can be inferred that the current innovations are in the areas of activities and services, such as lodging and facilities. Meanwhile, Luak Gadang Bukik Baka has not fully evolved in terms of physical aspects, beauty, accessibility, socio-economic, and cultural aspects. These factors can move independently or in a combined state. If each is examined more deeply, the imitation factor, for example, has a very important role in the process of social interaction. One of the positive aspects is that imitation can encourage a person to obey the rules and values that apply. However, imitation may also result in negative things where for example, what is imitated are deviant actions. In addition, imitation can also weaken or even kill the development of one's creative power. The suggestion factor takes place when someone gives a view or an attitude that comes from himself which is then accepted by the other party. So this process is actually almost the same as imitation, but the benchmarks are different. The suggestion can take place because the receiving party is hit by emotions that impede rational power. Perhaps the suggestion process occurs if the person giving the view is an authoritative person or perhaps because of his authoritarian nature. It is also possible that suggestions occur due to causes that give views or attitudes the largest part of the group concerned, or society. Utami","doi":"10.33559/ESR.V2I3.623","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33559/ESR.V2I3.623","url":null,"abstract":"Streptococcus mutans dan Lactobacilli adalah penghasil asam dari karbohidrat yang dapat diragikan dan menciptakan risiko untuk gigi berlubang, anggur hijau (Vitis vinifera L) merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang mengandung fitokimia golongan polifenol yang berfungsi sebagai penghambat glukosilasi pada proses pembentukan plak sehingga digunakan sebagai alternatif antibakteri dalam pencegahan karies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas antibakteri anggur hijau terhadap Streptococcus mutans dan lactobacillus acidophilus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorium (invitro). Penelitian dilakukan diLaboratorium Mikrobiologi Universitas Andalas Kota Padangdan maserasi dilakukan di Laboratorium kimia kopertis wilayah X (Sumatera Barat, Riau, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau) Kota Padang pada Juli 2019 – selesai. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah koloni bakteri Streptococcus mutans dan Lactobacillus acidophilus yang diperoleh dari Laboratorium Universitas Andalas Kota Padang dan Universitas Gadjah Mada serta dibiakkan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Universitas Andalas Kota Padang dengan 4 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 6 kali sehingga besar sampel menjadi 24 perlakuan dengan konsentrasi 12,5 %, 25 %, 50 %, dan 100 %menggunakan uji one way anova.
