For this reason, in this study formulated problems regarding how to implement the imposition of fiduciary security and registration. This research approach method is juridical empirical. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of charging and registration of fiduciary guarantees electronically is basically the same as a manual system, namely preceded by a consumer financing agreement, binding of fiduciary guarantees by notaries followed by registration which can be carried out directly by a Notary with an online system so as to give birth to a Guarantee Certificate. For this reason, the authors are interested in discussing the existence of statement of criminal law experts as one of the evidence in a criminal case. The problem in this research is what are the qualifications of a person to be able to ask for expert criminal law statement to be used as evidence in the trial of a criminal case. This research is a normative juridical legal research with norms approach method and case approach. The results of this research are the qualifications of someone who can provide expert criminal law statement as evidence in the trial of a criminal case is someone who has special expertise regarding knowledge and experience in the field of criminal law. Based on Article 13 of the Philippine Constitution states that the state through the authority of the Human Rights Commission guarantees appropriate legal action for the protection of the human rights of all people in the Philippines as well as Filipinos working abroad. The research method in this paper uses the normative legal research method. This research method is a method that uses and analyzes written regulations which are closely related to the library. The research result of this paper is that the POEA is fully responsible to its President through the Minister of Manpower. The POEA's relationship with other institutions related to the protection of migrant workers is sub-coordinative. POEA is the mother for the protection of migrant workers. Legal protection agencies or agencies for migrant workers in the Philippines are maximizing the roles of the Philipine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and The Office of the Legal Assistant for Migrant Affairs (OLAMA). Investigators are also obliged to carry out examinations at the scene of the crime. As in the Police report Number: LP / 61 / K / IX / 2017 / Sek-str, dated 18 September 2017, there has been a criminal offense against a person's soul or a murder in Kampung Pasar Ajalai Sungai Sirah, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The problem that occurs is that investigators have obstacles in determining the scene of the crime of murder. This research is a descriptive analytical study. The approach used in this study is a normative juridical approach supported by an empirical juridical approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. All data and materials obtained from the research results were analyzed qualitatively, and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Based on the discussion and analysis, it can be seen that: First, the efforts of investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police to determine the scene of the murder crime case are to process the scene of the crime and listen to the statements of witnesses who saw, heard and knew about the crime, and the investigator brought expert witnesses to reinforce the elements of the crime the suspect has committed. Second, the obstacle for investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police in determining the scene of the murder case is that the suspect is not cooperative, the witnesses do not want to be questioned, the witnesses arrive late when asked for information, bring in expert witnesses, it takes a long time to bring in. The internet network is slow so that it hinders the network with Korlantas Polri so that it affects the community satisfaction index has not been carried out regularly. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the effectiveness of the SIM Online service program and community satisfaction at the Padang Police and to find out how far the effectiveness of the Online SIM service program is related to community satisfaction at the Padang Police. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, namely quantitative research which aims only to describe the state of social symptoms as they are, without looking at the existing relationships. The sample in this study was focused on two-wheeled motorcycle users in the city of Padang, totaling 100 using purposive random sampling technique using simple correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the effectiveness of the Online SIM Service program with community satisfaction at the Padang Police. Nutritional status is a reflection of the quality of the food it consumes. This study aims to observe the description of nutrient consumption and nutritional status of the elderly in Sasana Tresna Wherda Bengkulu. This research is descriptive in nature, using primary data and secondary data. Data processed manually. The consumption of nutrients for the elderly is still below the recommended dietary allowance or RDA (recommended dietary allowances), especially for vitamin A, vitamin C, Fe, and Ca. The availability of nutrients at the orphanage for calories, protein, and vitamin B is adequate, however, Ca, Fe, vitamin A and vitamin C are not yet as recommended. The nutritional status or stature of the elderly in general is thin, namely 81.3% for men and 62.5% for women.
