The method used in this research is sociological law research. A&W Restaurant at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru City carries out sales procedures in accordance with the A&W Restaurant franchise standard and is willing to compensate for all losses suffered by consumers if their employees are proven to have violated sales procedures. Promotion through social media is very important because it is useful for introducing or reaching out further to tourists so that they can improve their decision to visit Kampung Europe. And this research is also based on the needs of the Tourism and Youth Office of the Limapuluh Kota Regency in recording and increasing visits to tourist objects. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a causal associative approach. The population of this study amounted to 3,120 and this research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 100 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that was structured using a Likert scale. The data in the study were processed with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The analysis technique in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that: (1). Social Media Promotion Variable (X) obtained results as much as 57% with the category strongly agree. (2). The Visiting Decision Variable (Y) obtained results as much as 48% in the category of agreeing. The results in this study that through simple linear regression test obtained F count 70,305 with Sig 0.000> 0.05 then the regression model can be used. Various consequences or problems that can arise are reflected in the question of getting a death penalty or imprisonment as regulated in article 10 of the Criminal Code which is applied to a corporation. Or can the “corporate death penalty” and “corporate imprisonment” as stated by Brickey be regarded as a death penalty or imprisonment for a corporation? When compared with the provisions in Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, precisely in article 2 paragraph (2) and article 18 paragraph (1) point c and point d According to this law, in the author's opinion, basically the \"corporate death penalty\" as stated by Brickey is the same as the provisions of \"all or part of the company closure\" and \"corporate imprisonment\" which is basically the same as the provision of \"all or part revocation of certain rights or elimination of all or part of certain profits” as regulated in Article 18 paragraph (1) point c and point d of this Law. Provision of feces disposal facilities is closely related to the level of economy, education and knowledge. Based on the initial survey of 20 houses in Ganting Parak Gadang, 15 houses (75%) did not have latrines. The purpose of this study is to find out the Factors Associated with Community Participation with Family Latrine Ownership in Ganting Parak Gadang Padang Timur District, Padang City in 2019. From the results of the univariate analysis showed that most (78.4%) families did not have latrines and from the results of observations found 21 families had latrines that met the requirements. Most (57.5%) respondents stated that the role of health workers was not good as a result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the economic level and latrine ownership (P Value = 0.026): OR = 4.579). Multivariate results show that the most related are the economic level and the role of officers (P value= 0.000). This study aims to determine: Knowledge, care for users, the use , the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact and also handling of the use and maintenance of soft contact lenses at Optik Citra Padang. This research design uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was all patients wearing soft contact lenses at Optik Citra Padang in the period 15 July 2021-15 August 2021. Data were collected through questionnaires and research instruments using a Check List. The results showed that the respondents did not fully know the proper and correct care of soft contact lenses, this was seen as many as 24 respondents (53%) knew the correct soft contact lens care procedure and as many as 21 respondents (47%) did not know the treatment procedures. correct soft contact lenses, 21 respondents (47%) understand how to properly put on and remove soft contact lenses and 24 respondents (53%) do not understand how to properly install soft contact lenses, 20 respondents (44.40%) know about the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact lenses that are not up to standard and as many as 25 respondents (55.60) do not know about the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact lenses that are not up to standard, 14 respondents (31%) know how to handle the use and care of soft contact lenses and 31 respondents (69%) do not know how to handle from wearing soft contact lenses.
