It is hoped that this will reduce bureaucratic pathologies such as mal-administration that leads to corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Max Weber's legal rational bureaucracy concept is actualized in Indonesia with various advantages and disadvantages as seen from the behavior of the bureaucracy. Bureaucratic behavior arises when there is an interaction between individual characteristics and bureaucratic characteristics; especially with the various issues that are developing and current law enforcement related to bureaucratic pathology. Gradually, in Indonesia, bureaucratic reform is carried out in the dimensions of institutions, apparatus resources, management, and culture/mind set. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between refractive errors and student achievement. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 30 adolescents at SMP Negeri Padang City. The discussion is sorted according to the formulation of the problem. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 33.3% of the students had refractive errors myopia. In addition, there is a significant relationship between refractive errors and student achievement at SMP Negeri Padang City. Students who feel that their vision is blurry to see far away should immediately check their eyes and also have to be careful about the characteristics of myopia disorders and other refractive errors. This research used qualitative method with post-positivist approach. The data collection method consists of (1) Primary data which were collected through in-depth interviews with Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Depok city; Development Planning Board of Depok city; and stakeholders in Depok related to the research problem such as housing developers and social society. (2) Secondary data were collected through the literature and documentation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department in Depok city.According to Indonesian laws and regulations Article 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning, each city in Indonesia is required to have a Green Open Space (GOS) of at least 30 percent of its territory. It is also purposed to increase cooperation of all elements for Depok’s spatial planning.This research indicates that the implementation of collaborative governance in Depok’s spatial planning has not been effective because Depok only has 3227.26 ha GOS less than 30 percent of 202.9 KM² city wide; the economic centralization in one particular region should have been intended for office or municipal services; and the role of government is still dominant in cooperation with stakeholders in spatial planning and management through public discussion, public hearing, and public consultation. Meanwhile, agreements made in writing before a notary or government official have perfect evidentiary power. Implementation of Authentic Deed Making by a Notary in Fifty Cities District the parties/appearers come to consult with the notary's office of consultation and convey what they want, the notary explains everything to the parties/appearers if everything has been completed by the parties/appearers, the deed will be signed by the parties (minuta/deed) and a copy will be issued by a notary, so based on the research the author did on the implementation of making an authentic deed by a notary in the District of Fifty Cities, it was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), but was not maximized due to several obstacles. namely: the parties/appearers who came to the notary's office did not understand the notary deed and thought that the cost of making a notary deed was high and because the management system was on line, both CV, PT and Foundation, when the network had problems, the timing did not match the initial predictions of the parties. The solutions are as follows: increasing the understanding of the parties/appearers about the authentic deed, providing explanations to the parties/appearers about the procedure for making a notarial deed, explaining to the parties/appearers who come to the notary's office and changing the mindset and assumptions of the parties/appearers regarding the cost of making a notarial deed is high as well as providing explanations and understanding to the parties/appearers because the management system is online, when the network is in trouble, the time is not in accordance with the initial predictions of the parties/appearances. Personality development is directed at mental and character development so that prisoners become fully human, devoted and responsible to themselves, their families, and society. Meanwhile, the development of independence is directed at fostering talents and skills so that prisoners can return to their roles as free and responsible members of society. In solving problems and achieving these goals, the approach method used is the empirical juridical approach. The results of the study found that the guidance provided by the Class IIB Payakumbuh correctional institution for prisoners who committed acts of narcotics abuse. This is reflected in the fact that the data in the field or the data in the institution can be concluded that since the establishment of the Payakumbuh Class IIB prison, it has been implemented or has been given to inmates but has not been maximized and there is no difference in coaching for narcotics trafficker prisoners with other inmates in Class IIB prisons. The obstacles faced in the implementation of the development of narcotics trafficker prisoners are the lack of awareness of the prisoners themselves, the lack of human resources for officers, overload, lack of facilities and infrastructure in the institution. 3. The process of preparing this planning document is usually based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114/2014, but in 2020 the Minister of Village Regulation No. 21/2020 regulates the same. There are differences in the process of preparing the RKP Desa regulated by the two regulations. The purpose of this paper is to see the impact of overlapping regulations in the preparation of the RKP Nagari in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that there are 2 impacts of the overlapping regulations, First, the District Government of Lima Puluh Kota is slow in responding to the latest regulations so that the regent's regulations governing the Technical Guidelines for the Preparation of RPJM, RKP, and Implementation of Nagari Development Activities have not been revised so that the process the preparation of the RKP applied by the nagari varies, some are implemented according to the regent's regulations and some are in accordance with the village minister's regulations. The technique of collecting data is in the form of field research by means of interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation studies with valid and accurate sources. The results of the study showed that the management of local government budget has not fully run well this is because there are still obstacles faced in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 and Perbub Agam Number 8 of 2017. (1) Implementation of the principle of transparency consists of indicators, namely openness in meetings, openness of information, openness of procedures, and openness in accepting community participation. Efforts to enforce the Polri Professional Code of Ethics are needed for the realization of the implementation of the duties charged to the professionalism of POLRI. Unprocompany will greatly impact law enforcement or disclosure of crimes that occur in the community. In the framework of eradicating narcotics syndicates that have so widespread to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), police officers have a very large role and responsibility to maintain the security and stability of the Republic of Indonesia, but facts and reality speak another that it turns out that the police themselves are the perpetrators of criminal acts of the syndicate. The result of the research, only 30% of SME’s operated during pandemi . the significant impact is the reducing of operational schedule and caused the reducing of human resource/labour/staff.
