It allows small molecules to pass freely, while larger molecules require nuclear transport receptors to traverse the barrier. This selective permeability is maintained by phenylalanine-glycine-rich nucleoporins (FG-Nups), intrinsically disordered proteins that fill the NPC's central channel. The disordered and flexible nature of FG-Nups complicates their spatial characterization with conventional structural biology techniques. To address this challenge, polymer physics offers a valuable framework for describing FG-Nup behavior, reducing their complex structures to a few key parameters. Biomass derived from palm oil by-products can serve as an alternative source of energy, with potential calorific value to generate electricity from boilers or as renewable energy. While solid waste from palm oil by-products is commonly utilized as boiler fuel and fertilizer, it holds promise as a renewable energy source in its entirety. The research process includes problem identification, formulation, determination of research objectives, literature review, field surveys, primary data collection through observation and interviews, data analysis, and presentation of research results. Field observations from several visited palm oil mills reveal that solid waste by-products typically consist of 5-7% shell, 11-14% fiber, and 20-22% Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) per ton of processed Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). Considering the maximum electricity requirement for processing 30 tons/hour and the potential electrical energy contained in each waste type, utilizing fiber waste alone as boiler fuel is sufficient, offering a potential electrical energy of 542.1 kW. Any excess electrical power generated (580 kW) by the boiler can be sourced from shell waste, enabling surplus electricity to be sold to external parties. With the surplus electrical power estimated at 130 – 70 kW/hour, operating for 20 hours per day yields a surplus of 1.4 – 2.6 MW/day from processing. The calorific value of solid palm oil waste is notably affected by its moisture content. Proper management of fiber waste utilization can effectively fulfill the energy needs of palm oil mills. Analisis bibliometrik berguna dalam memahami serta mengklasifikasikan dokumen yang diterbitkan dan bisa menjelaskan perkembangan yang sedang berlangsung serta penelitian baru terkait topik yang ditentukan. Alat pemetaan yang dapat digunakan adalah VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan peta grafis bibliometrik. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan arah atau landasan terhadap penelitian selanjutnya terkait vector error correction model (VECM). Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data bibliometrik yang berfokus pada topik terkait vector error correction model (VECM), langkah penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menentukan kata kunci pencarian, penelitian pencarian awal, penyempurnaan pencarian, penyusunan statistik data, dan analisis data. Data diperoleh dari laman Scopus dalam rentang tahun 2009 hingga 2023. Dari data tersebut diperoleh publikasi terbanyak pada tahun 2023 sejumlah 585 publikasi. VRK1 expression increases in response to mitogenic signals. VRK1 regulates cyclin D1 expression at G0 exit and facilitates chromosome condensation at the end of G2 and G2/M progression to mitosis. These effects are mediated by the phosphorylation of histone H3 at Thr3 by VRK1, and later in mitosis by haspin. VRK1 regulates the apigenetic patterns of histones in processes requiring chromating remodeling, such as transcription, replication and DNA repair. VRK1 is overexpressed in tumors, facilitating tumor progression and resistance to genotoxic treatments. VRK1 also regulates the organization of Cajal bodies assembled on coilin, which are necessary for the assembly of different types of RNP complexes. Tinjauan literatur komprehensif ini bertujuan untuk menilai keadaan praktik K3 saat ini dalam spesialisasi ini dan mengidentifikasi strategi efektif untuk perbaikan. Tinjauan ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan protokol kontrol infeksi yang komprehensif, termasuk sterilisasi peralatan yang tepat, kebersihan tangan yang teliti, dan penggunaan peralatan perlindungan diri untuk mengurangi penularan penyakit infeksi. Selain itu, praktik kerja ergonomis dan pelatihan keselamatan secara teratur ditekankan untuk mengurangi cedera muskuloskeletal dan bahaya kerja lainnya. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggabungkan teknik Analisis Dokumen dan Tinjauan Sistematis. Artikel relevan diperoleh dari basis data seperti PubMed, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect, dengan fokus pada yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris dan telah ditinjau oleh peer dari tahun 2010 ke atas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan ketat terhadap protokol keselamatan secara signifikan meningkatkan keselamatan di tempat kerja. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan dalam penerapan praktik ini secara konsisten di berbagai setting. Inisiatif pemerintah Indonesia telah mendukung peningkatan K3 melalui berbagai program dan regulasi, namun masih ada tantangan dalam implementasi yang efektif. Tinjauan ini juga menyoroti kebutuhan untuk pendidikan profesional berkelanjutan dan penegakan standar keselamatan yang lebih ketat untuk membina lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan model pembelajaran CTL berbasis konstruktivisme  yang bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa (2) meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa (3) mengetahui aktivitas aktif siswa (4) mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran (5) menganalisis proses jawaban siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SMK Immanuel Medan. Subjek Penelitian kelas X Teknik Sepeda Motor (TSM) Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 32 orang. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran yang menerapkan model CTL untuk mengetahui meningkatnya aktivitas aktif, kemampuan komunikasi matematik dan kemandirian  siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II terdiri dari 8 pertemuan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari (1) meningkatnya kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil perolehan pada siklus I terdapat 25 siswa atau 78,1%  memiliki nilai minimal 2,67 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 31 siswa atau 97%  dan (2) meningkatnya  kemandirian siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil perolehan pada siklus I terdapat 33,13%  memiliki nilai terendah dan pada siklus II meningkat  sebesar  89,84%  (3) Aktifitas aktif siswa pada siklus I terdapat 5 kriteria pengamatan yang memiliki nilai rata – rata 3,42, pada siklus II terdapat 5 kriteria pengamatan yang memiliki nilai rata – rata 4,81. Anggraeni","doi":"10.37010/nuc.v5i1.1501","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37010/nuc.v5i1.1501","url":null,"abstract":"Sumatera Barat merupakan wilayah rawan gempa karena terletak pada lempeng tektonik India-Australia  dengan lempeng Eurasia, Mentawai Fault System (MFS) dan Sumatera Fault System (SFS) atau sesar Sumatera.  Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian seismik untuk menggambarkan karakteristik kegempaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh karakteristik gempa Sumatera Barat melalui Space-Time-Depth-Magnitude. Alur penelitian terdiri atas 7 tahap yaitu, penambangan data, preprocessing data, perhitungan nilai b pada persamaan Gutenberg Ritcher, fraktal, jarak haversine, STDM, interpretasi hasil. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data kejadian gempa periode 2009 hingga 2023 bersumber dari Badan Meterologi, Geofisika, dan Klimatologi (BMKG) dengan membaginya menjadi 3 periode yaitu periode 1 pada 30 September 2009 hingga 24 Oktober 2010, periode 2 pada 25 Oktober 2010 hingga 10 April 2012, periode 3 pada 11 April 2012 hingga 24 April 2023. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah penurunan jarak STDM pada suatu periode mengisyaratkan gempa merusak yang akan terjadi memiliki kekuatan lebih kecil dari gempa sebelumnya, sedangkan peningkatan STDM mengisyaratkan gempa merusak yang akan terjadi memiliki kekuatan lebih besar dari gempa merusak sebelumnya.
