The research sample used financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2022. The analysis method uses multiple regression tests and MRA (Moderator Regression Analysis) tests. The explanatory survey method is employed in this research. The results of the research show that even though the villages of Sendang Agung and Sendang Duwur Paciran have built an integrated marketing communication plan for creative economic products, more work has to be done on it. This is evident from the responses of the vast majority of respondents who concurred with the posed questions. The relationship can be determined by analyzing the correlation between the four variables with the performance of auditors by distributing questionnaires to professional auditor. The analysis method used in this study was Rank Spearman Correlation Test. \u0000Partial correlation test results on the four independent variables, it is known that which has the closest correlation with the auditor performances in Inspectorate of Bengkulu Province is accountability, with a value of correlation is 0.691. Furthermore Spearman rank correlation test for all independent variables with the auditor performances showed a correlation coefficient 0.697 with a degree of error   (α = 5%) where the count rs > rs table. The fundamental difference lies in the way the organization obtains the resources needed to carry out its various operating activities. non-profit organizations obtain resources from donations from other contributing members who do not expect anything in return from the organization while business organizations obtain resources from the capital of owners or investors who expect a return on any profits earned by the organization.This study aims to analyze the presentation of financial statements of non-profit organizations (a case study of the Bengkulu city independent private foundation orphanage). The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the application of ISAK 35 concerning financial statements of non-profit organizations in achieving transparency and accountability at the orphanage of the private foundation mandiri Bengkulu city. The object of this research consists of independent variables, namely social media marketing and the dependent variable of buying interest. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive verification approach and survey as a data collection tool. Analysis was carried out through simple linear regression, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research population is Instagram followers @gramedia.com, with sampling using purposive sampling technique totaling 100 respondents. The results showed a positive influence between social media marketing and purchase intention, where the better the application of social media marketing, the higher the level of purchase intention. A type approach used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The targeted people in this study are Makassar citizenship which has accounts and users of Shopee services. This study used purposive sampling with a type of judgment sampling is 95 samples. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to students of Office Automation Management. This study uses the Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. It examines the role of Delegation as a strategic tool for managers to empower employees and the impact of employee performance on management decision-making. High-performing employees can contribute valuable insights, innovative ideas, and data-based recommendations, while poor performance can lead to errors, misjudgments, and suboptimal choices. The interaction between Delegation and employee performance is analyzed, revealing a symbiotic relationship. Effective Delegation can stimulate employee engagement and motivation, leading to improved performance, while outstanding performance can strengthen managers' confidence in delegations, allowing them to entrust more responsibility to employees. On a scale of 1 to 5, the statements in the questionnaire are rated.
