This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a purposive sampling technique. The data utilized in this study is primary data, which was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The study has a sample size of 210 respondents. The data was evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the use of AMOS 24 Graphics software. The findings of this study indicate that attitude is significantly influenced by perceived utility, perceived trust, and subjective norm. Furthermore, attitude significantly impacts the intention to adopt. The study's recent discoveries indicate that perceived danger exerts a detrimental and noteworthy impact on attitude, while perceived ease of use exerts a detrimental but inconsequential impact on attitude. The findings of this study emphasize the significance of comprehending customer risk perceptions in relation to service utilization. Companies should take into account the factors that impact consumer opinions. This can be accomplished by implementing effective marketing techniques, enhancing customer service, or providing an optimal user experience. This study aimed to investigate the impact of financial risk on the financial performance of non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objective was to analyze how financial risk influences operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, solvency risk, and control variables, namely company size and leverage, on return on equity-a key metric for measuring financial performance. The study focused on the 52 non-cyclical consumer industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period spanning from 2018 to 2022. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilized secondary data collected from audited annual reports. Panel data regression models were employed for testing purposes. The findings revealed that market risk and credit risk exerted a negative influence on financial performance, whereas liquidity risk, solvency risk, and operational risk demonstrated no significant impact on financial performance. The population in this study were 160 employees of PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon Branch. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling. The sample used was 62 employees. The method in collecting this data used a questionnaire, while the method in this study used the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: 1) Leadership style has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance. 2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. 3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. 4) Leadership style, organizational commitment, and organizational culture simultaneously affect managerial performance at PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon Branch. The method used to form the portfolio is the Single Index Model (SIM) and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), to measure stock performance using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen indices and equipped with a Monte Carlo simulation to measure the level of risk (Value at Risk). This research is a descriptive and quantitative research using secondary data. The calculation results show the composition of the portfolio and the proportion of funds: (1) SIM method, there are 5 stocks namely: BBCA (69%), BBRI (13%), EXCL (8%), JPFA (5%) , TINS ( 4%) with portfolio return of 1.49%, Sharpe index 0.16525, Treynor 0.00994, Jensen 0.0178 and the highest VaR value is found at the 99% confidence level in TINS stock , which is -44.3%. Currently, Melukat tradition has become an interfaith tourism trend in Bali, many non-Hindu tourists believe in what Hindus believe, by following the procession of the Melukat tradition itself. This phenomenon are based on the data from visitors who follow the Melukat tradition which has increased from year to year. This research aims to find out what factors influence tourists' decisions to follow the Melukat tradition as a spiritual tourism attraction. These factors are based on the theory of Kotler and Keller (2009), factors including culture, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors which become benchmarks for tourist behavior or decisions. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observation. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f statistical test). The results show the factors that influence tourists' decisions to carry out the melukat tradition or ceremony are cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors.
