This oil can be used as cooking oil, bio-fuel, or some other product like cosmetics. When the Covid-19 pandemic hits, the production of vegetable oil decreased but was still able to fulfill the domestic demand. In the year 2022, a war involving Ukraine, the largest producer of sunflower oil, has decreased the supply of vegetable oil while the demand is still increasing. This quantitative research analyzes customer satisfaction of vegetable oil users during the low supply and high demand environment. 100 respondents who cook using vegetable oil in Indonesia have completed the survey with a response rate of 83.33%. This research also analyzes the relationships between price, product availability, and government rules regarding customer satisfaction. The result shows that price, product availability, and government rules influence customers positively. The measurement of the government rules variable lacks reliability, and a more specific measurements are needed to increase understanding of the effect of government rules on customer satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"100 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140513166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Economic growth in Indonesia experienced a contraction entering mid-2021. This also impacted limiting economic activity, decreasing household consumption, unemployment risk, and increased poverty. In addition, there are changes in people's behavior, such as digital financing systems, non-cash payment systems, and online buying and selling transaction systems. Efforts to improve the economy are encouraged by stimulating people's economic productivity through adaptation to digital technology developments, especially using digital finance. However, the development of digital finance needs to be supported by public financial literacy and inclusion so that it can positively alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the impact of financial technology lending on poverty in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic using instrumental variable analysis (IV) for 2019-202. The results of the study show that fintech lending has a negative effect on the poverty rate. However, it is not significant when other variables are added. E-commerce and the use of credit cards have a negative and significant impact on the poverty rate in Indonesia. In maximizing the role of Fintech in Indonesia, support and cooperation from the government, financial institutions, and various relevant stakeholders are needed.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"2 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140513754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to the many important events and financial scandals involving large-scale KAP and qualified accounting professionals in fraud committed by large companies. This study aimed to analyse the moderating role of love of money on the ethical behaviour of accounting students. This article was a quantitative study with further justification. 110 questionnaires given to auditors in public accounting companies in Surabaya generated the data. PLS was employed for the statistical method. The findings showed that auditors' intention to behave ethically is positively influenced by perceived behavioural control. In addition, the findings show that although religion influences the intention to behave ethically, religiosity has no moderating effect on auditors' views of behavioural control.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"29 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140513766","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the program, employer pension funds (EPF) are divided into two types, namely Defined Benefit Plan (DBP) and Defined Contribution Plan (DCP). This research aims to assess the financial performance of the Defined Benefit Plan (DBP) pension fund industry when compared with Defined Contribution Plan (DCP) pension funds pre-pandemic and during-pandemic for each financial ratio. Research was conducted on Pension Funds in Indonesia as a whole for the period January 2018 – December 2021. The ratios used to test the performance of each group of pension funds are Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI), Operational Cost Efficiency (EBO), Investment Cost Efficiency (EBI) and Pension Fund Growth (PDP). By using the Shapiro-Wilk W Test, Paired t Test, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the test results show that in DBP-EPF there are significant differences between pre-pandemic and during-pandemic for ROI and ROA. Where the ROI and ROA performance values pre-pandemic were higher than during-pandemic. There are no significant differences between EBO, EBI and PDP between pre-pandemic and during-pandemic in the DBP-EPF. Meanwhile, in the DCP-EPF there were no significant differences between pre-pandemic and during-pandemic for all variables. This proves that DBP-EPF experienced significant shocks during-pandemic. DBP-EPF is anticipating a strategy by reducing asset allocation to equity investment instruments, resulting in returns received that are not as good pre-pandemic","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"14 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140513668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
