This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques interviewing tailors and consumers. From the results of this study it was found that the sewing profession is a business that contributes to improving the economy in the Sukakarya sub-district, but customer complaints are still often found regarding unsatisfactory sewing results and service. For this reason, the researchers suggest that the government take part in providing sewing training to improve the quality of sewing entrepreneurs in Musi Rawas, especially in Sukakarya sub-district.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"20 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140512611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data collection method uses questionnaires and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests, namely t tests and f tests. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 15.287 + 0.201 (X1) + 0.190 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that customer relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of thit>ttable (2.066> 2.002) and (sig a = 0.03 < 0.050). Several factors influence consumer purchasing decisions including location, service quality and price. This study aims to determine the effect of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all consumers of the Mak Hengky Air Manna restaurant. The number of research samples was 85 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 1.752 + 0.373 X1 + 0.301 X2+ 0.302 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,799 and Sig = 0,000), service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,615 and Sig = 0,000) and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 3.836 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is the influence of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions (Fcount = 114,832 and Sig = 0,000). It is suggested to the owner of the Mak Hengky restaurant to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions by providing good parking space, improving service quality and setting competitive prices according to consumer perceptions.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"22 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140512411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research was conducted by collecting data from respondents actively engaged in online shopping and, through appropriate statistical analysis, identifying the relationships between these variables. This research employed a quantitative approach, using questionnaires as the data collection technique. According to Sugiyono (2022:8), quantitative research is a method with the objective of testing predetermined hypotheses, using numerical data and statistical analysis in the testing process. The study provides a profound understanding of the relationships between Social Media, E-WOM, Brand Image, and Purchase Intention in the e-shopping context. It also underscores the crucial role played by Brand Image as a mediator in the influence of E-WOM and Social Media on consumers' purchasing decisions. This research can serve as a strategic guide for e-commerce businesses to enhance consumer trust and sales through better management of social media and their brand reputation.","PeriodicalId":193914,"journal":{"name":"EKOMBIS REVIEW: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi dan Bisnis","volume":"26 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140512660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

NECAP covers the installation of electrical power, installation costs, Certification of Operation Eligibility (SLO) costs, new connection costs to PT PLN (Persero), and the initial purchase of electricity tokens. Risk management is required to identify and manage risks in order to achieve these objectives. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of risk management in the NECAP program.
