Hakim menerapkan unsur memberatkan pidana yaitu Pasal 64 Ayat (1) KUHP tersebut dikarenakan para korban pencabulan ini masih di bawah umur serta perbuatan ini telah memenuhi kualifikasi serangkaian perbuatan yang harus dipandang sebagai perbuatan berlanjut. Pertimbangan Hakim Dalam Penerapan Pidana Terhadap Terdakwa Tindak Pidana Pencabulan Secara Berlanjut Pada Putusan Nomor 55/Pid.Sus/2020/Pn.Pdp adalah pertimbangan yuridis perbuatan terdakwa yang unsur-unsurnya yaitu unsur setiap orang dan unsur Dilarang melakukan kekerasan atau ancaman kekerasan, memaksa, melakukan tipu muslihat, melakukan serangkaian kebohongan, atau membujuk anak untuk melakukan atau membiarkan dilakukan perbuatan cabul. Dalam beberapa putusan perkara korupsi, indikasi tersebut bahkan tersurat pada pernyataan bahwa kerugian negara dalam kasus tersebut dinikmati oleh korporasi, sehingga korporasilah yang seharusnya dihukum untuk mengganti kerugian negara tersebut (putusan perkara IM2 dan Asian Agri). Namun praktik penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi hingga saat ini, mencatat hanya sedikit kasus dimana korporasi diadili dan kemudian dihukum sebagai pelaku tindak pidana korupsi, yaitu perkara PT. Giri Jaladhi Wana di PN Banjarmasin dan perkara PT NKE di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta. Padahal UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi telah mengatur pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi sebagai salah satu upaya luar biasa. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya kelemahan pada subtansi hukum, yaitu tidak jelasnya indikator menentukan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh korporasi, serta menentukan pihak yang dipertanggungjawabkan. Kelemahan pada subtansi hukum, menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab jarangnya diterapkan pertanggungjawaban pidana korupsi pada korporasi, disamping faktor pada struktur hukum dan budaya hukum internal. Penegak hukum belum memiliki persepsi yang sama tentang pentingnya menerapkan pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi dalam tindak pidana korupsi dan batasan-batasan dalam menerapkan pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi dalam perkara korupsi, sebagai bagian dari upaya percepatan pemberantasan korupsi. Pengaturan pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi dalam UU Pemberantasan Pencucian Uang dapat dijadikan model dalam menentukan pertanggungjawaban korporasi. Proses peradilan terhadap individu dan korporasi dilakukan sekaligus dalam satu berkas. Ini disebabkan terbuktinya perbuatan pelaku sekaligus juga membuktikan perbuatan korporasi, karena korporasi bertindak melalui pengurusnya. Model ini tidak hanya akan mewujudkan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya murah, tapi juga menghindari humiliation ganda pada pelaku individu, karena harus mewakili korporasi dalam proses tersebut. This latest development increasingly shows that the hospital has de facto shifted from a social institution to a business institution. In efforts to provide health services that aim to dignify patients as whole human beings at this time it often occurs because of imperfect laws which often cannot reach reality. It can be seen that several cases were found in various hospitals, due to the economic limitations of the patient. Innovations in the development of unit-linked investment-based insurance products continue to cause constant polemics, many policyholders are disadvantaged. What efforts can be made in order to prevent the occurrence of such disputes. This research was carried out using a normative juridical method using a statutory and conceptual approach. Prevention of unitlink insurance disputes is to apply the principle of perfect honesty (Utmost good faith) for both policyholders and insurance agents. and improve the supervisory function of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in accordance with existing regulations. Integrated supervision for all financial institutions in accordance with unitlink insurance which is a hybrid product of insurance and investment. National and international laws have provided protection for women and children from acts of violence. In addition, customary law as one of the rights of origin also provides protection. In West Sumatra, protection for women and children is provided through customary law contained in the Undang-Undang nan Salapan and in the Petatah Petitih that exist and lives in society. Through the nagari government, protection is provided through the resolution of acts of violence against women and children through customary settlements of acts of violence that are mild in nature. Meanwhile, serious acts of violence are resolved through the criminal justice system. Jadwal Pelaksanaan Patroli Berdasarkan data Jam kerawanan dengan pembagian 2 regu. Ketika berpatroli petugas menyalakan lampu rotator dan sirine, melakukan patroli Dialogis dengan sambang dan penyuluhan. Kendala Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Quick Respon (Ketanggap Segeraan) Patroli Oleh Satsamapta Bhayangkara Polres Solok Selatan adalah secara internal, keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) baik secara keterampilan komunikasi dan pendekatan, maupun jumlah anggota polisi. Keterbatasan jumlah personil polisi membuat masyarakat merasa kecewa karena pada saat membutuhkan bantuan Polisi sehubungan adanya persoalan kejahatan menunggu kedatangan Polisi yang cukup lama. kendala kedua adalah sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. Secara eksternal kendalanya adalah kurangnya Kerjasama dan tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang kurang dalam menjaga keamanan di wilayah nya. Efektifitas Pelaksanaan Program Quick Respon (Ketanggap Segeraan) Patroli Oleh Satsamapta Bhayangkara Polres Solok Selatan Terhadap Terjadinya Kejahatan terlihat dari berbagai pencegahan kejahatan yang dilakukan dapat menurunkan tingkat kejahatan secara nyata dan atau menghilangkan rasa takut akan kejahatan. Peran utamanya untuk meyakinkan mitra sosial atas kebutuhan untuk mematuhi undang-undang di tempat kerja dan kepentingan bersama melalui langkah-langkah pencegahan dan edukasi, dan jika diperlukan penegakan hukum. Pada Pasal 176 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan memberikan wewenang pada Pegawai Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan untuk mengawasi dan menjamin pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan. Salah satu bentuk penegakan terhadap perundangan ketenagakerjaan adalah  kepatuhan perusahaan dalam hal Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan Dalam Jaringan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UPTD  Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah I Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang mana melakukan pengawasan kepada perusahaan terkait kepatuhan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan Dalam Jaringan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitis. Metode Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah Metode pendekatan Yuridis Normatif dan didukung pendekatan Yuridis Empiris. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data  sekunder dan primer. From a criminological point of view, the increase in crime rates during the pandemic was an action driven by the weakening economy. Criminal cases in West Sumatra that experienced an increase during the Covid-19 Pandemic were cases of Curat, Curas and Curanmor and Begal. Based on sociological theory, the existence of crime during a pandemic occurred due to an imbalance in the structure of society. There are people who are still well off and not a few people who are experiencing difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic.
