Different channel thicknesses namely 1000 nm, 500 nm, 250 nm and 100 nm have been employed for simulation. By reducing the channel thickness, depletion mode (D-mode) devices turned into enhancement mode (E-mode) devices. Peculiar exponential output characteristics have been observed in the subthreshold region.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"56 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130572877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The resonator which is the object of study in this paper is a variant of basic Double Ended Tuning Fork (DETF) resonator design. A DETF resonator operates best in 180° phase shift vibration mode. The study focuses on the geometric analysis of the proposed resonator to evaluate its performance in the presence of thermoelastic damping (TED). The impact of a certain geometric modification on quality factor, resonant frequency and damping is analyzed using FEA tool COMSOL. The proposed resonator design exhibits a resonant frequency of 2.08 MHz and a quality factor of 19228. The design has an advantage of enhanced performance with least stress, high resonant frequency, good quality factor and simple geometry.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122778437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hydrogen is expected to account for 24% of the energy supply by 2050. Our government development program has also emphasized the development of hydrogen production. Hydrogen generation integration with fuel cells (FC) has a good potential for generating sustainable energy. Microgrid topology applications are appropriate for both heavy and light load conditions. However, hydrogen energy source integration in a microgrid topology system causes major technical problems like increased harmonics and fluctuations in voltage and currents of the system. Moreover, adding a hydrogen source of energy to a microgrid topology system created major technical problems like fluctuations and harmonic rise in system currents and voltages. It has become extremely difficult to maintain system stability during a time of fluctuating demands and unclear power supply, this turned into a huge challenge. The integration of an FCs system with a grid-connected microgrid topologies system is proposed in this paper. This study developed a dynamic proton exchange membrane (PEMFC) 20KW FC stack model. A nine-switch converter (NSC) is integrated with the FC and loaded into the grid. The NSC is controlled by two unlike control structures, each devoted to regulating the power of the demand and supply side. This integration topology can provide continuous power to the demand irrespective of supply-side uncertainties. Furthermore, no control logic switching is required during grid disconnection. The entire system was tested with the OPAL-RT 4510 real-time simulator, and the results are discussed in this article.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125286317","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chest X-rays computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans are performed to evaluate the lungs and other constituents of the respiratory system. Chest X-rays are frequently used to assess respiratory diseases like pneumothorax, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and coronavirus disease. By examining the images, doctors can accurately identify the presence of certain conditions, such as abnormal cells, fluid build-up, and lung consolidation. Deep learning techniques can automatically analyze vast amounts of data and spot patterns that human experts might overlook. This may result in recommendations for treatments and diagnoses that are more precise. This proposed work aims to develop a reliable system that can classify chest X-ray images into Coronavirus Disease, Bacterial pneumonia, tuberculosis, and normal cases using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) which will be helpful in the medical field. We used a dataset that consists of 8000 images which belong to various classes. We trained our data on various pre-trained models like VGG-19, Inception Net V3, and ResNet 50 with various learning rates achieved an accuracy of 95%, 87%, and 98% respectively. This proposed work used Grad-CAM to provide insights into which areas the model paid more focus during classifications, which will assist health professionals in starting medication as immediately as possible.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124556484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, the power-domain non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) achieves more spectral efficiency over orthogonal multiple access (OMA). This work investigates underlay opportunistic communication over a cognitive radio system using an effective amalgamation of OIA and NOMA. The cognitive users utilize the opportunities for superposition coding (SC) signal transmission, which further improves spectral efficiency. The system's performance has been demonstrated using an achievable sum rate and available transmission opportunities performance metrics for cognitive users. Numerical results indicate that the proposed OIA-based MIMO-NOMA system achieves an improved sum rate for cognitive users compared to the conventional OIA-based MIMO-OMA system.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"158 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131797377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
