In reality, several obstacles were found: (a) Marketing constraints that have not used a digital approach. (b) Constraints on the limited availability of fuel, as well as non-syar'i capital. The methods used in this PKM are participatory methods, lectures, and discussions with fishermen or MSMEs, aimed at revitalizing the economy. Instead, the community is more active and creative in expanding the market. In addition to being traditional, and also using mass media, so that the results of fishermen and production are not only enjoyed locally, but have a wide marketing reach, and it is necessary to use the concept of syar'i capital, by avoiding the MAGHRIB principle. Therefore, people must master business science, and also business fiqh. Community service which was carried out for two days had the aim of providing training and assistance in applying digital learning methods using google classroom and google form. This was carried out by the community service team at the Aceh Polytechnic so that SD IT Hafizh Banda Aceh teachers, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, could still carry out learning activities efficiently, effectively and creatively by utilizing information and communication technology.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian Politeknik Aceh berupa Workshop Pelatihan Kemampuan Digital SD IT Hafizh Cendekia Banda Aceh. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal  01 s/d 02 Maret 2022. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengaplikasikan metode pembelajaran digital dengan menggunakan google classroom dan google form. Tempe is loved by many people because the price is relatively affordable. One of the problems with Tempe products is the relatively short shelf life of about 1-2 days. Tempe that is not sold in the market will be withdrawn by the manufacturer and will rot during storage. One way to prevent this is to extend the shelf life of Tempe through packaging. Packaging is done in the form of Edible Coating packaging technology which is a coating technique for a product using starch and antimicrobial ingredients such as garlic extract. Edible coating on tempe is done on the packaging used to wrap Tempe. The target of this community service activity is Tempe Bamboe Daun One of UMKM in Pekanbaru City. So that the potential for grain or morning husks produced is also very large and so far only sold in the form of ordinary husks, this should be used as roasted husks which have a higher selling value. For this reason, coaching is needed in making roasted husks so that it becomes a product that has a high selling value, because the market is also high in Bengkalis. This roasted husk can be used as a mixture of soil in polybags so that it is fertile and loose. This malnutrition is due to the lack of public knowledge regarding the dangers of stunting and how to prevent it. This is something that cannot be underestimated, if we look at the sustainability impact of stunting. Two Puskesmas in Desa Pekan Kamis, they found 3 who were malnourished, which had to be prevented immediately. The method uses a participatory approach, both by holding socialization related to stunting and the use of local food to prevent stunting. Local food that is widely circulated in Pekan Kamis Village is cassava, which can be used Breast Milk Complementary Food (MPASI). Selain itu waluh juga memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup lengkap diantaranya mengandung protein; karbohidrat; beberapa mineral seperti kalsium, fosfor, besi; serta beberapa vitamin yaitu vitamin A, B dan C. Komposisi zat gizi waluh per 100 g bahan No Kandungan Gizi Kadar/Satuan 1 Kalori 29,00 kal 2 Protein 1,10 g 3 Lemak 0,30 g 4 Hidrat Arang 6,60 g 5 Kalsium 45,00 mg 6 Fosfor 64,00 mg 7 Zat besi 1,40 mg 8 Vitamin A 180,00 SI 9 Vitamin B1 0,08 mg 10 Vitamin C 52,00 g 11 Air 91,20 g 12 Bahan yang dapat dimakan 77,00 % 2 Berdasarkan komposisi tersebut bisa dilihat bahwa buah waluh memiliki kandungan ?karoten atau provitamin-A yang tinggi. \u0000            Diversifikasi pengolahan labu kuning dalam memanfaatkan kandungan gizi pada daging buah merupakan upaya pengolahan bahan pangan menjadi penganan (Usmiati, 2012).Dalam mengkonsumsi Labu kuning perlu adanya variasi olahan yang menarik, salah satunya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk bronies, kue talam, klepon, donat, bolu kukus, kue ku dan puding  labu kuning yang merupakan produk inovasi baru yang dapat menjadlabu kuning labu kuning sebagai bahan substitusi atau pengganti yang banyak mengandung nilai gizi. That said, students require knowledge of field research; what is field research and its various types, how to determine a research topic, collect data, proceed with data, analyze data, and make conclusions and recommendations. Based on this, the training activities aimed at improving the abilities and broadening the knowledge of students to be capable of conducting and making a report of field research. This activity was completed over the course of one day, lasting four hours, and divided into two sessions. Students were trained on how to conduct field research in the first session. The methods used in this work program are: 1) Socialization or education approach, 2) Participatory Rural Aprasial which involves the community in all activities, 3) Participatory Technology Development which utilizes appropriate technology to integrate with science and local wisdom, namely plant cultivation with the concept of urban farming. The Measuring Instrument used in this report is a descriptive measuring tool, namely observation. The observations made to be a measuring tool in this report are to see the level of response from the community. Another observation is to look at the level of participation from the community. Finally, the observation we made was by looking at the level of interest from the community. This activity is in seeing the success of the activities carried out, namely by looking at changes in the attitudes of the people of Kampung Baru Village.
