This service activity aims to increase teachers' understanding of sharia accounting literacy from an early age. This activity involved the participation of teachers at Kindergarten RA Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru. The problem is the lack of understanding and knowledge about sharia accounting literacy faced by teachers. This will affect their ability to integrate sharia accounting literacy into the curriculum and daily learning. The methods used are socialization, material presentations, and question and answer discussions. The conclusion from this activity is that there is still a lack of sharia accounting literacy among teachers. So, with this service activity it is hoped that it can increase teachers' understanding and knowledge of sharia accounting literacy and integrate it into daily learning, thereby helping children develop a good understanding of sharia accounting principles. Bizhub Polibatam, as the Center of Excellence at the State Polytechnic of Batam, focuses on the study of entrepreneurship, business management, and society 5.0. It actively contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of UMKM in the city of Batam and its surrounding areas by providing comprehensive mentoring services. Through the indirect ownership of business permits by UMKM, the entrepreneurs also gain benefits as participants in social security and have legal protection to operate, receiving empowerment assistance from the government. The complex and intricate process of business licensing and bureaucracy, coupled with a lack of knowledge or access to relevant information, often hinders the growth and development of UMKM (Carina, et al., 2022). This research utilizes observation and a qualitative approach. The results of the community service activities indicate success in registering the NIB for 20 UMKM. The registration process can be deemed successful due to the active participation of the UMKM owners. Stunting is a serious problem for growing children, with long-term impacts on health and mental development. Indonesian President Joko Widodo set a target of reducing the stunting rate to 14% by 2024. This study involves the socialization of stunting prevention by utilizing food resources, specifically through the food innovation \"Tempe Nugget.\" The implementation method included community service to Sungai Cingam Village, with the implementation of socialization at Posyandu Anggrek. The results showed that stunting can be prevented through attention to nutrition and child growth. Socialization received a positive response from community mothers. With the introduction of the \"Tempe Nugget\" innovation, it is hoped that mothers can be more concerned about stunting and can create nutritious food menus for their children. In conclusion, stunting prevention efforts need to involve the community innovatively, such as the development of \"Tempeh Nuggets\" which can help improve children's nutritional status and reduce the risk of stunting. Keywords: Tempe Nugget, food innovation, stunting prevention, children under five, nutrition, socialization, child growth, nutrition, stunting reduction target   Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang inovasi makanan bernutrisi tinggi, yaitu \"Nugget Tempe,\" yang dikembangkan oleh kelompok Kuliah Kerja Nyata (Kukerta) Universitas Riau dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di Desa Sungai Cingam pada tahun 2023. Stunting merupakan masalah serius pertumbuhan anak-anak, memiliki dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesehatan dan perkembangan mental. Presiden RI Joko Widodo menetapkan target penurunan angka stunting menjadi 14% pada tahun 2024. Studi ini melibatkan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya pangan, khususnya melalui inovasi makanan \"Nugget Tempe.\" Metode pelaksanaan termasuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Sungai Cingam, dengan pelaksanaan sosialisasi di Posyandu Anggrek. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa stunting dapat dicegah melalui perhatian terhadap gizi dan pertumbuhan anak. Sosialisasi mendapatkan respon positif dari ibu-ibu masyarakat. Dengan pengenalan inovasi \"Nugget Tempe,\" diharapkan ibu-ibu dapat lebih peduli terhadap stunting dan dapat menciptakan menu makanan bernutrisi untuk anak-anak mereka. Apart from Indonesia, it also grows and is famous as a cooking spice in other Southeast Asian countries. In Malaysia and Singapore, it is called chilli padi; in the Philippines, silinglabuyo; and in Thailand, phrikkhi nu. In Kerala, India, there is a traditional dish that uses cayenne pepper and is called kantharimulagu. It is known as Thai pepper or bird's eye chilli pepper in English. Cayenne pepper pods change colour from green to red when ripe. Despite being smaller than other chilli varieties, it is moderately hot, with a spiciness of 50,000 – 100,000 on the Scoville scale.\u0000Insan Berguna Nusantara (IBNU) is one of the foundations whose members are a group of people with disabilities; they don't have regular jobs as usual like ordinary people. Therefore, they do business according to their abilities. One of them is by cultivating chilli plants to support their economy. However, the quality of their chillies has decreased and made them restless. So we from the Faculty of Agriculture provide a solution so that the rate of their chilli production increases and they can produce the chilli they want by doing direct practice on cayenne pepper cultivation. Apart from training, we also provide counselling on proper cultivation and maintenance so that chillies grow well according to their needs. Besides that, we also offer assistance in the form of materials for chilli cultivation, such as polybags, chilli seeds, chilli seeds, NPK fertilizer, manure, black soil and pesticides.
