The passing of the law has an impact on the paradigm shift of the BPD institution from an element of the village administration organizer to an institution outside the village administration. The problem that has arisen so far is the poor mastery/understanding of the BPD members with regard to the laws and regulations relating to BPD, which are actually a guide in the performance of their functions and duties. This service is conducted to improve the human resources of the BPD Pulau Permai Village in understanding and applying the BPD legislation. This activity was conducted in the Pulau Permai Village Meeting Building in Kec. Mining district. Kampar. The use of digital financial reporting during the COVID-19 pandemic will make it easier for UMKM performers to unify everything that happens in business financial transactions and provide convenience for UMKM performers in conducting financial transactions such as payments, credit, and investments. Digital financial reporting is also used as the basis for tax payments. In addition, digital financial reporting will make it easier for UMKM performers to borrow capital from banks. This service aims to determine the knowledge of UMKM performers who are members of PPJI DPC Pekanbaru so that they can take advantage of financial reporting to support financial activities effectively and efficiently during the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitate the preparation of financial reports, and make it easier for UMKM performers to coordinate with related parties. It could be seen from daily activity, interaction between researcher and the children during preliminary research. Moreover, it was seen from the quiz result, 55 (Very Poor). There are two main causes had by them; some do not study english yet, and some do not like English. As the way out of those two causes, researcher had provided Teaching English Natural Based in several meetings. There were several concepts of Teaching English Natural Based: First, teaching English any time and anywhere, the material can delivered in door or outdoor.  Second, Teaching English by model, teacher must be as model in teaching process. The last, Learning by doing is as a based. As a result, after teaching the children by using Natural Based, their English or vocabulary has little improvement. As fellow human beings, we are obliged to help each other, especially those who are less fortunate than us. Therefore, through this social service, we visited the orphanage with the aim of sharing and caring for those in need. This activity is a collaboration between lecturers and students which was carried out at the Annisa Orphanage Pekanbaru together with 26 children and 1 administrator of the Annisa Orphanage along with 2 representatives of HIMMARI (Riau Mahaputra Student Association). The form of activities carried out is in the form of making works and providing basic necessities. The results of this activity show that caring for others can be established, one of which can be improved by social projects in the form of social services. Bengkalis Regency occupies the fourth largest position in the province of Riau with a total of 42,029 ME. Economic Census 2016 Advanced data, about 1.71 million MSEs with business entities, less than 10 percent of which record financial statements, without financial reports it is difficult to assess performance. This situation is due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of MSE actors in the financial recording. One form of government support in helping MSMEs achieve financial literacy is by launching an android application called the Financial Information Recording Application Information System (SI APIK). This service activity is carried out using the Adaptive Collaboration Management (ACM) method. In general, MSME actors really appreciate this activity, because it becomes additional knowledge and knowledge for them and can be applied in the business that is being run. One of them is in Petung Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency, where children are less than optimal when studying at home. In addition, parents who do not understand digital technology find it difficult to provide assistance. KKN BTV 3 UNEJ students are here with the aim of providing an understanding of Digital Literacy to parents and children in learning at home. The main focus in this KKN activity is to provide understanding about Digital Literacy to parents and students. The implementation of the program is carried out in 4 stages, namely, Preparation, Socialization, Learning Education, Training, and Evaluation. Seeing the potential of large land areas shows the yield of bar and needs utilization from corn waste. The production of corn can be developed into animal feed. One of them is waste or waste from corn that has been milled. Jenjet as one of the alternatives to food, especially for cattle feed. Community service in Blimbing Village, Tarokan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency in general in the management of corn milling waste is still not fully utilized. Most of the population who own farmland and cattle still rarely use jenjet for alternative cattle feed.
