Individuals who are considered mentally healthy are not merely people who are free from mental disorders. Mental health. Adolescents are one of the most vulnerable groups affected by mental disorders. Mental health promotion aims to promote positive mental health. The way that can be done is to improve psychological well-being, competence, human resilience, and create conditions and a supportive living environment (WHO, 2002). Mental health promotion can be carried out by collecting data related to the incidence of these disorders so that the incidence of these disorders can increase public awareness and gain knowledge regarding the problem. The method used in this article uses the lecture method, visual method and discussion method. Agricultural land is predicted to decrease in the future, which will have an impact on the yields produced. The condition of agricultural land in Indonesia is currently experiencing a decline in fertility and productivity levels. This is caused nutrient deficit, decreased levels of soil organic matter, and contamination by agrochemicals and waste. Communities consume agricultural products such as chilies and vegetables from their agricultural land. Farmers at the Insan Berguna Nusantara Foundation generally use chemical fertilizers, both urea, and growth regulators, to accelerate crop production. This agricultural system is considered less friendly to the environment and only thinks about production without thinking about quality. This service aims to provide knowledge and understanding to farmers at the Insan Berguna Nusantara Foundation regarding the use of household waste which can be used as liquid organic fertilizer in increasing the growth and production of chili plants. They must be protected because children are human resources for future national development. To create quality human resources, effective and efficient coaching is needed. But in reality, in the process of fostering and protecting in everyday life, there are community problems in the form of deviations in child behavior. Currently, many children are taking legal action. There are many factors that make these children do things they shouldn't and may break the law. These factors are mainly due to the negative influence of the times, economic factors that cannot meet the needs of the family, and the influence of the surrounding environment. We as an older society must help monitor the development of the child so that the child can grow up to become a quality successor to the nation and not commit acts of violating the law. As an older society, we must help monitor the development of our children so that they grow up to be good successors for the country and do not commit illegal acts. Children who violate the law (ABH) in our environment do need protection because by their nature children cannot protect themselves from actions or behaviors that are detrimental to the psychological, physical, and social aspects of life. Children must be protected by parents, society, social organizations and the government. But most importantly for children in conflict with the law (ABH) there must be protection from community counselors who play an important role in the welfare of children in the future when applying the law to children in conflict with the law. Community advisors have a special role in the law enforcement process. Community counselors are part of the criminal justice system, just like police, prosecutors, judges or lawyers. Community leaders are responsible for fulfilling their duties and obligations to correctional institutions. To meet daily food needs, the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School utilizes the land around the cottage to carry out agricultural cultivation such as spinach, kale, corn, chilies and other horticultural crops. The purpose of this service is to help increase the income of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School by providing knowledge of fragrant pandan coconut cultivation, mentoring and evaluation which aims to determine the level of understanding of partners in fragrant pandan coconut cultivation. Despite the efforts of organizations like BUMDesa, managers still have a limited understanding of how to properly allocate funds using industry-standard accounting methods. The purpose of this work is to provide technical advice for writing a financial report for BUMDesa in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Methodology _ that is, classroom instruction via lectures, labs, and classroom discussions. Preliminary testing, creating a report on finances for the delivered materials, and creating a report on finances for the simulation are all done. Finally, respondents asked for visualizations of financial reports generated by the application's organized use, with the goal of making previously unknown faults and problems transparent. Based on a situation analysis, teachers at MIT Meunara Baroe Aceh Besar need mastery of technology that can assist in organizing educational development activities, one of which is mastering Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point). The service is carried out by way of workshops to improve skills and enrich the knowledge of MIT teachers regarding Microsoft Office in making teaching materials. This activity was carried out for 2 days on November 15 and 16 2022. On the first day the training discussed Microsoft Office Word, while on the second day it discussed Microsoft Office Power Point. With this activity, training participants are able to make teaching materials more interesting, creative and interactive. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan didasari kebutuhan guru di Madrasah Ibtidayah Terpadu (MIT) Meunara Baroe Aceh Besar agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, sehingga mampu mencapai Standar Kualifikasi dan Kompetensi Guru dan Dosen sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 14 Tahun 2005. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, guru di MIT Meunara Baroe Aceh Besar membutuhkan penguasaan teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengembangan yang mendidik, salah satunya dengan menguasai perangkat Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point). Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara workshop  untuk meningkatkan kemampuan serta memperkaya pengetahuan guru MIT mengenai Microsoft Office dalam membuat materi pengajaran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari pada tanggal 15 dan 16 November 2022. Pada hari pertama pelatihan membahas tentang Microsoft Office Word, sedangkan pada hari kedua membahas tentang Microsoft Office Power Point. Yayasan IBNU memiliki lahan seluas 45m x 50m yang sebagian digunakan untuk usaha antara lain menanam cabe, budidaya ikan, budidaya magot dan juga telah memelihara 6 ekor ayam KUB. Salah satu permasalahan Yayasan IBNU adalah membutuhkan unit usaha yang menghasilkan produksi cepat dan jumlah ayam yang dipelihara masih sedikit. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menambah jumlah ayam KUB. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan tentang budidaya ayam KUB, pemberian bibit ayam KUB, pendampingan dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan peningkatan pengetahuan dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada mitra. Disclosure of information is one of the causes of plagiarism. There must be an effort to prevent it, one of which is paraphrasing scientific papers. Based on the results of observations of partners, it was found that several problems were experienced by partners. These problems include: a) the habit of copy-pasting that is still carried out by librarians in compiling scientific papers, b) not having complete knowledge about plagiarism and the sanctions incurred. The method used is to provide training to university librarians. The results show that all targets have been well achieved in accordance with the proposed program. The training activities received a positive response from partners and participants. This can be seen from the level of enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the training. From the aspect of understanding and skills of participants, there was an increase in understanding of paraphrasing and skills in using the Sipebi application. it can be seen in the indicators of the results of the pretest and posttest.
