Alternatives that can be done to overcome so that the environment and health are not disturbed by the use of plant-based pesticides. In general, vegetable pesticides are defined as pesticides whose basic ingredients are plants. Vegetable pesticides are relatively easy to make with simple ingredients and technology. This pesticide is also relatively safe for humans and livestock because the residue is easily lost. Botanical pesticides are hit and run when applied. Thus the product is free from pesticide residues so it is safe for human consumption. This organic pesticide is able to overcome and repel pests that destroy agricultural and plantation crops in general, such as fleas, caterpillars, grasshoppers and so on. The service activities carried out for the mothers of residents in the Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District, have gone well. This can be seen from the very high public interest in participating in training activities, as evidenced by the presence of partners to participate in activities reaching more than 100%. So far, waste processing in Indonesia only uses the landfill and open dumping methods. However, this method is not optimal in processing waste due to discipline to the limited capacity and processes that can be carried out by TPS. Therefore, one alternative solution that can be done is to process waste from the household level, especially organic waste that can be used as eco-enzyme. Eco enzyme is a product in the form of a liquid from the processed organic waste of fresh vegetables and fruits that are fermented using brown sugar. Eco enzyme is also considered as a liquid with a myriad of benefits. The benefits that can be obtained from this liquid are as a cleaning fluid, detergent, plant fertilizer, repellent, preserving the surrounding environment, and others. Of course this is inversely proportional to organic waste if it is not treated properly and properly. This activity aims to support the success of tourism development in Riau Province by conducting counseling on environmentally friendly tourism management, sorting waste and planting trees as well as calling for/prohibiting throwing it into the river. The method used to achieve the goal is to provide counseling about environmentally friendly tourism management. Providing assistance by practicing disposing of waste in its place and sorting waste (organic and inorganic). Planting trees at tourist spots to prevent erosion of the soil surface on the banks of the river and Evaluating the activities carried out to achieve the goal. To improve and develop a business, one of the factors needed is reliable marketing. Sialang Sakti is one of the villages in Tenayan Raya District, one of the cassava-producing villages. It already has a cassava-based joint business group but is constrained in marketing its products. The service activity aims to help young people in Sialang Sakti Village create and use digital marketing to support the increase in sales of KUB SiAkang products. The achievement of activities is measured through observation and FGD with digital marketing groups. The activities carried out include forming digital marketing groups, socialization of digital marketing concepts, training on creating SiAkang social media accounts and digital marketing content, and uploading content created to social media. The result of the activity was the formation of a digital marketing group, increasing the youth's understanding of digital marketing; there was a SiAkang social media account and its digital marketing content. This condition can be the caused by few financial literature and our millennial society, categorized from 15-17 years old are not familiar with financial literature.SMK Global Pekanbaru is one of vocational high school in Pekanbaru that serves their students good education so the students can prepare themselves for better future. This program is about introducing students to stock market. Information derived from the interview with Vice Principle of SMK Global that the students of SMK Global Pekanbaru has less knowledge about stock market, because this is their first time learning it. The purpose of this program is to introduce and educate the students of SMK Global Pekanbaru about stock market. The method used in this activities are presentation and simulation. Kepastian hukum dalam pertanahan adalalah hal yang sulit karena tanah ada kalanya menjadi hak milik karena ditempati dalam waktu yang lama atau tanah yang berasal dari warisan atau turun temurun dan tanah yang timbul karena pengakuan sepihak sebagai pemilik tanah. Kelurahan Agrowisata merupakan kelurahan pemekaran dari kabupaten Rumbai barat , persoalan tanah ini berkembang didaerah agrowisata disamping karena daerah pemekaran juga karena cukup luas terutama hamparan tanah yang belum dikelola secara keseluruhan. Banyak terjadi kasus yang berkaitan dengan tanah yang mempunyai surat bukti kepemilikan tanah tetapi dengan mudah diambil alih atau diserobot oleh pihak ketiga. Bahkan ada rumah yang didirikan tetapi mempunyai kelebihan tanah malah diserobot oleh tetangga dan dijadikan jalan. The large amount of biodiversity found in these waters is one of the factors that hinders the smooth flow of transportation using waters as a means or medium of transportation, one of which is water hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes). The purpose of this study was to provide training on increasing capacity/skills in processing techniques through training in plant processing techniques into POC and providing assistance with technology packages and equipment for processing plants into POC to enable groups to process plants into POC. The results of the training and evaluation activities during the activity can be concluded that the community welcomes this activity and from the results of the questionnaire this activity provides benefits and can improve the skills of participants in terms of processing plants into POC.
