Fuzzy decision tree is the generalization of decision tree in fuzzy environment. The knowledge represented by fuzzy decision tree is more natural to the way of human thinking, but it's preprocess and tree-constructing are much costly. In this paper, we propose a modified fuzzy decision tree model (MFD). Entropy of multi-valued and continuous-valued attributes is both computed with fuzzy theory after fuzzification, while entropy of other attributes is dealt with General Shannon method. In this paper a new priority-based polling scheme for QoS differentiation is presented based on 802.11e. The Quality of Service (QoS) classes are differentiated by two different access policies in polling scheme. For each station the traffic with higher priority such as key or real-time data can access the common channel on Exhaustive Service policy and the traffic with lower priority can access the channel on Gated Access Policy. After the higher priority traffic in all stations finish transmission in order ,then the lower priority traffic begins to be polled and transmitted. A mathematical model for the polling system based on imbedded Markov chain theory and the generation function was used to predict the mean information packet waiting time. According to the characteristic of data in rough relational databases, one approach to index uncertain data was put forward. Firstly, tuples of rough relational databases were represented by binary string; secondly, based on Hamming distance which is used to describe the distance between two codes, the one between tuples was calculated and a distance matrix was constructed; thirdly, on the basis of the distance matrix, tuples were classified and indexing of tuples was implemented. Finally, an algorithm for indexing of relational databases was proposed and illustrated by using a soil analysis example. CICA on the basis of the traversal and internal randomicity of the chaos theory, the memory and diversity of the biological immunity and the mechanism of cooperative evolution in the nature can effectively overcome the shortcomings of genetic algorithm, such as the lack of convergence efficiency and local optimization. This paper sets up a CICA model, designs and describes the main flow of this algorithm. More important, we simulate and test the CICA using the standard testing function and bier- 127 TSP.
