By the introduction of BP (Back Propagation) neural network theory, this paper established the regional power generation forecasting model, coal supply, policy implications, weather conditions, resources as well as competitive environment are quantified, then it was used as the network input as well as historical data of the regional power generation to forecast regional power generation as network output, calculate and analysis using by the established model. The accurate finite element model (FEM) of the original NC grinder was established based on the results via compared actually dynamic test with theoretical analysis, The sensitivity analysis was applied to optimize the layout and parameters of the strengthening ribs of parts. The technique of modal frequency separation was applied to keep frequency separation of the main parts one another,and the structure of the main parts was optimized. The result of dynamic optimization design shows that the first order natural frequency of the new grinder raises 17% compared with the original one, while the relative vibration displacement between head of the grinder and the work piece reduces 10% correspondingly. One known problem about laser surface melting a large area by multi-track is overlapping. This research is focused on the development of a numerical model to study the effect of overlapping ratio on the hardness and stress distributions in multi-track laser surface melting. The results of hardness calculation have confirmed the microstructure changes in the material and shown that laser surface melting can be regarded as a highly successful method to improve the hardness of the 42CrMo steel. The hardness of the first track of melted area shows a slightly decrease under the effect of tempering by the second laser track. After multi-track laser surface melting, the compressive residual stress exists in the melted zone, while the tensile stress in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and the boundary of overlapped area may cause the initiation of cracks. The objective of this paper is to present a novel cloud resource allocation algorithm named NECDA to overcome some of the shortcomings of the current mechanisms. A cloud resource allocation model of m*n type based on M/M/1 queuing system is established first. Then the Nash equilibrium mode is applied in the cloud computing among m*n allocation environment, the optimization objective of each allocation is performance-QoS and economic-QoS, and the Nash equilibrium is achieved by taking advantage of the continuous double auction in each step, each provider agent determines its requested value based on its workload, and each user agent determines its bid value based on the remaining time and resources. Design method of state feedback is described in this paper, also showing strong robustness. With the demands of quick interrupt response time, low power and high reliability for the application of aviation and the characteristic of SOC, lots of efforts are made on the these targets. These techniques mainly include internal module data path optimization, internal module bus cycle speed-up. Some key signals are processed by noise-reduced scheme. Over-delay logic is added for recovery from possible halt state. Experiments show that the operating system booting time has been reduced by 7.3%, and the energy consumed is reduced by 17.1% corresponding. An algorithm is further given to transfer a software bug report to a software fault case, greatly reducing cost and time for constructing case base of software fault from scratch.
