The tracking speed and control accuracy of the system can be improved greatly by the use of linear motor. 直线电机具有旋转电机所不具备的优越性能。采用直线电机可以大大提高系统的跟踪速度和控制精度。介绍了直线电机作为高速精密激光分标机的传动机构。该系统具有动态响应快、传动刚度高、进给速度和加速度大、定位准确、行程长度不受限制、振动和噪声小等优点。并对直线电机在伺服进给系统中的应用提出了一些问题。最后,简要介绍了系统中指令器件中使用的插补算法——数字差分分析仪(DDA)的实现
