In this design, the data used is a Service Travel Order where data collection is by observation, interview, and literature study. After collecting data, it was found that the recording of SPPD was still manual, namely using bookkeeping media. So from these problems, researchers made a Web-based Office Travel Order Application Design using PHP and MySQL programming made with the Sublime Text editor and Bootstrap. This also has a major impact on the education sector. So, under these circumstances, agencies and institutions are taking action to reduce the risk of Covid-19. Because of this, the government decided to carry out the educational process by utilizing e-learning media. E-learning may be better known by the general public with the online (in-network) learning process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of FIS students at UIN North Sumatra in using e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population used was FIS students at UIN North Sumatra and the sample consisted of 94 students. Research using quantitative with descriptive analysis methods and Level of Achievement of Respondents. The results showed that the indicators of recipient or user were 84.96% in the good category, Message Content 90.43% in the good category, Communication Media 81.17% in the good category, Message Format 76.03% in the good enough category, Message Source 74.79% in the enough category good, Timeliness 82.34% is in good category. Children's physical development is in the form of biological growth, namely muscle growth, brain growth, and bone growth. The importance of educators and parents in sharpening and monitoring children's physical-motor development so that children are independent in doing anything. The location of this research was conducted at Taman Harapan Kindergarten which is domiciled on Jl Ibrahim Umar No. 8, Medan Perjuangan District in a vulnerable time on 05-07 October 2022 starting at 08.00 WIB until finished. In data collection techniques, researchers use direct and indirect observation techniques and documentation. The teacher as an educator is a determining factor for the success of an educational endeavor. In this case the researcher will examine the ability of Al-Qur'an hadith teachers to apply the discussion method in learning. The purpose of this research is that teachers can improve the quality of their learning in class, because if teachers are more familiar with learning methods, teachers will know more about various problems faced by students and more importantly teachers can make new innovations in their learning. In this study there are several types of interesting learning methods. The learning methods are 1. Lecture Method, 2. Discussion Method, 3. Question and Answer Method, and 4. Demonstration Method. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Then in data collection using the method of literature study, interviews, and observation, as well as data strengthening. Poverty is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. One of the causes of poverty is because there are differences between income and expenditure levels that occur in various regions, this is what is known as inequality. The prevalence of insufficient public consumption is a condition in which people are unable to meet their needs properly and healthily. This is closely related to poverty. Because, if there is no poverty, it is possible that people's consumption will be fulfilled. This study uses a qualitative method in the literature approach. This research aims to examine more deeply related to poverty and inequality in Indonesia through the prevalence of insufficient consumption of the Indonesian people.
