Indrawan, Hafizan Fadli Sulharis","doi":"10.47467/elmujtama.v4i2.6046","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47467/elmujtama.v4i2.6046","url":null,"abstract":"The results of research conducted by the Katadata Insight Center regarding the use of health and telemedicine services in Indonesia from 28 February – 7 March 2022 found that 8% of respondents chose telemedicine services, while 33% chose to seek treatment/consultation from a doctor directly, 27% chose to look for related information symptoms of disease felt via the internet, 19% chose to buy medicine directly, 11% chose to drink herbal medicine/concoction, and the remaining 2% chose to let the disease heal itself [10]. The survey was conducted online with an age criterion of 16 years. The total number of respondents who took part in this online survey was 2,108 people spread across 34 provinces. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of telemedicine as an alternative to online health consultation services is still relatively small. In this research, the approach used is a qualitative approach (qualitative research). The qualitative method is a non-numerical research technique where people are involved as research instruments. The results of this research show that relative advantage, compatibility, and trialability are factors in the adoption of telemedicine applications at Paramadina University. Of these three characteristics, relative advantage is the most dominant characteristic in this research from the user's perspective. The SMILE application system can be used to transfer membership, check membership status and be used for updating data, correcting internal office data, updating data and geotagging. However, the SMILE application still has problems when doing geotagging, namely on the display and maps to find the address point for the company's location. The author aims to evaluate the geotagging interface in the SMILE application using Human Centered Design. HCD (Human Centered Design) is a method which in its process is based on the general natural characteristics of humans with the hope of creating a system based on user needs and being able to solve problems and constraints faced by users. The author is not at the real development stage, because the application currently running has a lot of data so it will be risky if development is carried out, without careful calculations. Based on user feedback with a total of 5 respondents. The final result is in the form of a prototype based on user interface evaluation using the HCD method as a reference material for improving the SMILE application. From here, visitors can enjoy views of Mount Bromo, the highest peak in the Sand Sea area, which is located about 40 kilometers from Lumajang City and has a height of about 2900 meters above sea level. Argosari Village also has amazing natural beauty, making it an attraction for tourists. The Lumajang Regency Government has a policy that regulates the tourism sector through the cultural tourism office. Garbage is a common problem for the wider community, especially in the people of Gedok Hamlet, Argosari Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. The unavailability of trash bins has led to the habit of burning garbage which can cause air pollution, and throwing garbage in vacant land or ravines which can cause environmental damage. This service focuses on the waste problems that occur in Gedok Hamlet, to reduce littering we provide several trash cans that can be useful for Gedok Hamlet residents to dispose of waste in its place. This service uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves community participation through interviews and observations of the community around Gedok Hamlet as a data source. D'SRUPUT SMEs face various challenges, including intense market competition, changing consumer trends, limited resources, and difficulties in building a strong brand. In addressing these challenges, effective HRM strategies become key to improving performance and business growth. In order to optimize HRM strategies, industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs are important to learn successful practices that support SME growth. The data collection method used in this article is structured interviews with D'SRUPUT entrepreneurs in Karawang Regency. The findings from the industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs depict a focus on the food and beverage sector, established in 2019. When starting their business, D'SRUPUT faced challenges competing with more established competitors. The conclusion of this article is that effective HRM strategies are highly relevant in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs, and the recommendations include implementing these strategies, utilizing appropriate technology, continuous evaluation and improvement, and industrial visits to learn best practices in supporting SME growth. The city of Medan, like other big cities in Indonesia, faces the problem of many street children. According to the Raperda for Child Protection, the Medan Government that the number of street children in 2022 will reach 550 souls. Seeing the increasing number of street children in the city of Medan and the many factors that cause them to become street children, the purpose of this research is to find out the background of street children choosing to work on the streets, the social relations of street children and the physical health of street children. The method used is descriptive research, quantitative meaning this research describes a situation according to events as they are that can be interviewed, observed and studied documentation. Quantitative descriptive method is defined as a research method in the form of a description with numbers. From several locations in Medan City that were used as places for children to make money in this study, there were three points used as research locations, namely Pasar Raya MMTC, Terminal Aksara and Alfamidi in Medan City. The results showed that poverty, parental encouragement, social environment, low education and wanting to have their own money were the factors behind street children in Medan City. By working as street children, the social relations of street children are closed, they don't care, and they are lazy. The physical health of street children, which the researchers have observed, is that most of the street children experience skin irritation and thin bodies due to unhealthy eating patterns.
