IMTA is a system that aims to answer these aquaculture challenges. Currently, fish farming using the IMTA system in the world continues to grow. Namun, untuk mendapatkan ikan cupang yang berkualitas tinggi masih dibutuhkan upaya dengan mengimpor dari Singapura dan Thailand sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan usaha pembenihan ikan cupang yang berkelanjutan. Untuk mengembangkan usaha pembenihan ikan cupang ini hal pertama yang harus diperhatikan yaitu nilai fekunditas. Fekunditas memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pada pertumbuhan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang dan berat induk ikan cupang terhadap nilai fekunditas sebagai upaya pengembangan di bidang budidaya perikanan khususnya pada tahap pembenihan. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode deskriptif yang kemudian dianalisi menggunakan regresi linear yaitu hubungan antara panjang dan berat terhadap fekunditas ikan cupang. Data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menarik kesimpulan dari data yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan induk ikan cupang sebanyak 30 ekor dengan bobot tubuh berkisar antara 1,39 – 1,73gr dan panjang 4,5 – 5,2cm serta fekunditas yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 166 – 366 butir telur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fekunditas memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan bobot tubuh ikan yang mana nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,9653 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,9319. Sedangkan pada hubungan panjang dengan fekunditas memiliki hubungan yang sedang dimana nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yang di dapat adalah 0,4079 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) adalah 0,1664. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) kota Gorontalo selama 35 hari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan A (5%), Perlakuan B (10%), Perlakuan C (15%) dan Perlakuan D (20%). Data yang diamati yaitu pertumbuhan panjag dan berat mutlak, pertumbuhan spesifik, kelangsungan hidup dan efesiensi pakan. Analisis data mengunakan ANOVA (Analisys Of Variance). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Azolla microphylla sebagai pakan buatan tidak memberiakan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) namun penggunaan Azolla microphylla memberikan pengaruh nyata pada kelangsungan hidup dan efesiensi pakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perlakuan A (Kontrol), B (Perendaman telur dengan dosis thyrax 0,10 mg/L), C (Perendaman telur dangan dosis thyrax 0,15 mg/L), dan D (Perendaman telur dengan dosis thyrax 0,20 mg/L). Menggunakan akuarium dengan ukuran 30 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm. 100 butir telur perwadah, bahan uji yang digunakan adalah thyrax yang mengangdung bahan aktif hormon tiroksin 0,1 mg/tablet levothyroxine sodium. Hasil analisis uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa daya tetas telur ikan komet pasca perendaman telur dengan thyrax berpengaruh sangat nyata (P>0,01) dengan hasil terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan B 81,00%, sedangkan untuk hasil kelangsungan hidup berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) pada perlakuan C 69,03%. This study aims to determine the prevalence and intensity of the parasitic worm Neobenedenia girellae in barramundi in the waters of Lampung and Situbondo. Sampling of barramundi with a size of 21 - 30 cm as many as 40 fish from Lampung waters and 50 barramundi from Situbondo waters. The results showed that there was worm infestation Neobenedenia girellae on barramundi in the waters of Lampung and Situbondo. Sistem semi bioflok merupakan sistem budidaya udang yang berkembang di Indonesia dengan beberapa keuntungan salah satunya terjaganya kualitas air karena aktivitas bakteri heterotrof mengolah bahan organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kualitas air pada budidaya udang intensif sistem bioflok. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Agustus – 28 Oktober di Tambak Windu Bulusan menggunakan metode observasi. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis SWOT, Pantai Pondoknongko sangat potensial dijadikan objek wisata konservasi mangrove dan edukasi. The samples of (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) were obtained from body surface of tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). Zeylanicobdella arugamensis infesting tiger grouper has an elongated body silindris with sucker in anterior and posterior. Based on the results of SEM , This parasite has a length of 4 - 4.1 mm and a width of 0.5 mm with anterior suckers and a gap in the middle surrounded by cuticle projections shaped like flower petals and white cilia with a diameter of 0.3 - 0.4 mm and posterior suckers part with a diameter of 0.9 - 1.4 mm where the size is larger than the anterior sucker. This problem resulted in decreased productivity of vaname shrimp. One of the efforts made is through the application of sludge management methods, with the aim of reducing the pile of sludge at the bottom of intensive ponds. Sludge management methods include the system, CRS (Close Resirculating System), Semi Close, and biofloc. The writing method used is literature study, for data analysis by comparing the average production data and water quality in each system. Sludge management in the CRS system, move the remaining organic material into the settling pond. In semi close system, remove sludge periodically through central draine. sludge management in the biofloc system, utilizing heterotopic bacteria to treat the remaining organic matter. The largest Average Daily Gain (ADG) is present in the bioflocked system at 0.16 g / day and the smallest in the semi close system at 0.11 g / day. Survival rate (SR) is the highest survival rate in the biofloc system with SR reaching 88%, and the lowest in the CRS system, namely 81%. The best Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) in the biofloc system is that the FCR value reaches 1.26, the next is the CRS system with FCR 1.33, and in the semi-close system the FCR value reaches 1.93. The best sludge management system of the three systems is the biofloc system. Banyaknya limbah organik berupa sisa pakan dan sisa hasil metabolisme udang yang dibudidayakan dengan pola intensif, maka diperlukan populasi bakteri probiotik yang lebih tinggi untuk mendegradasi limbah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan hasil dari penambahan probiotik Lactobacillus plantarum dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan berat, panjang cephalothorax, FCR, dan sintasan udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) satu faktor dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Pertumbuhan berat rata-rata berkisar antara 17,19 g – 24,02 g. Pertumbuhan panjang cephalothorax rata-rata berkisar antara 42,66 mm – 50,33 mm. FCR rata-rata berkisar antara 1,23 – 1,37. Sintasan rata-rata berkisar antara 65% – 95%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan probiotik Lactobacillus plantarum pada pakan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan berat, FCR dan pendapatan hasil budidaya. Hasil terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan 3 (10 ml/kg pakan) yaitu 24,02 g; 12 723 590 g; 1,23; Rp954.225.000.
