The samples of (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) were obtained from body surface of tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). Zeylanicobdella arugamensis infesting tiger grouper has an elongated body silindris with sucker in anterior and posterior. Based on the results of SEM , This parasite has a length of 4 - 4.1 mm and a width of 0.5 mm with anterior suckers and a gap in the middle surrounded by cuticle projections shaped like flower petals and white cilia with a diameter of 0.3 - 0.4 mm and posterior suckers part with a diameter of 0.9 - 1.4 mm where the size is larger than the anterior sucker. 摘要

利用扫描电镜研究了南涌湾海域虎石斑鱼(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus)侵染的紫斑Zeylanicobdella arugamensis的形态。褐斑石斑鱼(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus)标本取自褐斑石斑鱼(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus)体表。侵染虎石斑鱼的紫斑锥虫长有细长的体鞘,前后均有吸盘。扫描电镜结果显示,该寄生虫体长4 ~ 4.1 mm,宽0.5 mm,前吸盘和中间间隙周围有花瓣状角质层突起和白色纤毛,直径0.3 ~ 0.4 mm,后吸盘部分直径0.9 ~ 1.4 mm,大小大于前吸盘。在体腔的腹表面有一个与体腔分离的横向分段体腔。关键词:虎石斑鱼;斑点斑马鱼;扫描电镜
