Aiming at getting the characteristics of knowledge workers, this paper analyzes the main forming reasons of job burnout, explores the prediction indexes of knowledge workers' job burnout based on organizational job design, including the workload, interpersonal support, amount of information, job control, organizational justice and job satisfaction. The study was accomplished by using in-depth interviews and a questionnaire. The results of the study shows that there are significant negative correlations between career plateau and organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a great role in promoting the job performance, organizational commitment fully mediates the influence of content plateau and centralizing plateau on job performance, and also partially mediates the influence of hierarchical plateau on performance. A framework is presented to describe the economic behaviors, goals and interests of players in the market. Game theory is applied to investigate the willingness of suppliers and industrial buyers to seek strategies that promote the common interests; supplementary collection strategy is specially focused on sustainable biomass supply. Research results show that DGM(1,1) model can be considered as the precise form of grey forecasting model. The empirical analysis is based on the data from the 2009 International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS), and factor analysis is to classify the 20 items of manufacturing performance and canonical correlation analysis to search for the relationship between HRM practices and manufacturing performance. In the end, the paper finds that some HRM practices are correlated with manufacturing performance, while some are not. The result shows that there is a long-term stable balance relationship between loans of financial institutions and technological innovation of the high-tech industries. Loans of financial institutions has an important driving effect on scientific and technological innovation of the high-tech industries, but no Granger causality relationship has been found. The paper establishes the evaluation index system to evaluate the efficiency of airport operations, uses the combined weighting method to determine the index weight of all layers and analyzes empirically the operation efficiencies of the major hub airports in Asia in 2007. Results show that in 2007 the rank of Asia's major airport operation efficiencies is as follows: Hong Kong, Narita, Changi, Shenzhen, Incheon, Beijing, Guangzhou and Pudong.
