The influence factors of rural land circulation based on farm households subtitle as needed

Abstract

In order to analyze the influence factors of rural land circulation, based on theory analysis and empirical study, the results indicate that the farm households' behaviors result from kinds of factors. Contract land per person, non-agricultural income per person, agricultural members per family and the high school education are four main influence factors. According to the results, the paper gave some suggestions to improve rural land circulation.
