However, immunization coverage has declined drastically in some countries for some reasons. This study aimed to review sytematically the factors associated with the rejection of child immunization. Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review conducted by searching published articles from database including PubMed, Wiley Online Library, JSTOR, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Scopus, ResearchGate, and Taylor&Francis. The keywords were “immunization”, “vaccination”, “rejection”, and “children”. The inclusion criteria were English and open access. 176 articles were obtained by searching onlie database. After review process 8 articles were including in this review. Result: Vaccination rejection was caused by incomplete information delivered by health workers and social media. Internal factors of parents were including age, experience, and education. External factor was socio-cultural. Misinformation about vaccines from anti-vaccine influenced parents. Conclusion: Vaccination rejection is caused by incomplete information delivered by health workers and social media. Good health communication, performance of health workers, social media campaign can increase vaccine acceptance.","PeriodicalId":187475,"journal":{"name":"Strengthening Hospital Competitiveness to Improve Patient Satisfaction and Better Health Outcomes","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121760313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With landfillspace diminishing quickly, ways to recycle waste materials are becoming more sought. This happened in Cilincing, Indonesia. There were piles of green shell skin up to 2 to 4 meters. Green shell skin waste can be used as material to make paving block. It can be solution to handle green shell skin waste. This study aimed to analyze the contents and waste handling of green shell skin in Cilincing, North Jakarta. Subjects and Method: This was a descriptive qualitative study conducted at Cilincing, North Jakarta. The study theme was contents and waste handling of green shell skin. The green shell skin waste was processed into paving blocks. The stages of this process included: (1) Green shells skin washed and dried; (2) Grind skin until became sand; (3) Mix 2 kg of green shell sand + ½ kg cement + 5 ml additive foam concrete + ½ litre of water; (4) Put the mixture into a paving block mold size 6 cm x 22 cm; (5) Wait for 12 hours; and (6) Strength test. The strength test was done by dropping both green shell skin and ordinary paving block from 2 to 3 meters height. Results: Green shell skin contained Calcium (36.7%). Processed green shell skin waste into paving block was an effective way to handling the waste. Both green shell skin and ordinary paving blocks had the same strength. This visual dysfunction also impairs learning activity among primary students. Vision screening for school-aged children becomes important to detect the eye problem. This study aimed to investigate the free eye examination policy for primary school students North Larangan, Banten. Subjects and Method: This was a descriptive qualitative study conducted at North Larangan, Tangerang, Banten, in July 2019. A sample of 6 informants and 28 primary students were selected for this study. The informants were including chief of the citizen association, chief of the neighborhood association, optic owner, refractions, parents, and primary student. The theme of this study was analysis of the free eye examination policy for primary school students. The data were collected by indepth interview and direct observation. The data were analyzed by content analysis. Results: The citizen association 005 collaborated with Remaja optic for free routine eye examination program for primary school students and health education. The results of the eye examination were 20 students had ≥-1.00, 4 students had ≥-2.00, 3 students had ≥-3.00 and 1 student had ≥-4.00. This program had just been implemented, and its effect on the reduction of visual dysfunction had not been identified. Eye health education was carried out by refractions for students and parents. The citizen association 005 made a regulation imposing for 4 hour compulsory study at home in order to reduce time for playing online game. Conclusion: Free routine eye examination for primary school students in citizen association 005 has been started, but its effect on the reduction of visual dysfunction has yet to be identified. The drug need plan done to guarantee the availability and quality of anti-hypertension drug at low price. The drug utilization pattern and cost estimate are important elements to calculate the drug need plan in the pharmacy. This study aimed to examine the drug utilization pattern and cost estimates of anti-hypertensive drugs in pharmacies under the national health insurance program. Subjects and Method: This was descriptive study conducted at 12 pharmacies with national health insurance in Indonesia. The theme of this study was drug utilization pattern and cost estimates of antihypertensive drugs in pharmacies under the national health insurance program. The data were obtained from the secondary document of drug cost. Cost analysis was based on Ministry of Health, 2018. Drug utilization was estimated by the daily defined doses (DDD). The drug cost utilization was 90%. It was obtained from the number of drug multiplied by the purchase price and divided by the use of drug per DDD. The data was analyzed accordingly. Results: The most commonly used hypertension drugs were amlodipine (38.9%), candesartan (13.6%), and ramipril (11%). Nine pharmacies had a drug need plan and 3 pharmacies did not have. Pharmacies with drug need plan had the highest drug cost per DDD of Rp 6,204 and the lowest drug cost per DDD of Rp 415. The average drug cost was Rp 2,453. Pharmacies without drug need plan had an average cost of Rp 826. The highest drug cost per DDD was Rp 1,171 and the lowest drug cost was Rp 196. There was no association between drug cost per DDD and drug need plan. Conclusion: The most commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs were amlodipine, candesartan, and ramipril.
