Unlike traditional photography which can only record light ray's two-dimensional position, light field photography system can record four-dimensional position and direction. Therefore, much more image information can be obtained from light field photography. With the development of 3D display technology, light field based autofocus and 3D display technology is becoming more and more popular. In this paper, a light field based new 3D reconstruction algorithm for buildings and office environment is proposed by applying Wavelet Transform and SVM (Support Vector Machine) model to obtain the image focusing quality assessment, along with the Mean Shift Algorithm and Random Field Model to get the depth map of the scene. Firstly, light field image is captured by using a light field camera. Secondly, we use frequency domain digital refocus algorithm to manipulate light field image and obtain several serialized refocused images with different focus. Thirdly, wavelet features are extracted from each refocused image, and then an image focusing quality assessment is conducted by using RBF (Radial Basis Function) kernel based SVM model. Finally, we use Mean Shift algorithm to realize color clustering of the original light field image, and then build MRF (Markov Random Field) Model with color nodes. By iterating the likelihood depth result obtained from real scenario depth calibrations according to image focusing quality assessment, finally the depth map of the scene is reconstructed. Experiments are conducted to prove the feasibility of the proposed 3D reconstructed algorithm based on light field. And the experimental results on real datasets demonstrate good performance of this algorithm.","PeriodicalId":186975,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation","volume":"172 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117338033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents a simulation to analyse the rotating band engraving process of large caliber rifled guns. A new temperature dependent friction stress model is introduced to calculate the friction behavior between the rotating band and barrel. The model considers shear strength of the material by using equation derived from the Johnson-Cook constitutive model. The contact pressure, temperature distribution and some dynamic characteristics can be obtained from the simulation, the results are in good agreement with those from references.","PeriodicalId":186975,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129503797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, we model the novel dual-user shared control architecture with multi-dominance factors and analysis the relationship between the proposed method and the original one. Then, several performance measuring functions are built to analysis and conclude some properties such as the system transparency and movement tracking performance influenced by impedance or dominance factors. Furthermore, we presented the system stability conditions with uncertain communicating delay using passivity theory, as well as the results in ideal transparency and ignoring the effect of all dominance factors. Aβ is a pathological bio-data which appears distinctly in most neuro-degeneration diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD). Although PiB PET imaging is relative mature, the accurate diagnosis of AD based on PiB PET images still remains a challenge for radiologists. To solve above problem, this paper proposes a Computed Aided Diagnosis (CAD) tool, which combines three machine learning kernels: Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Independent Component analysis (ICA) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The experimental results with 120 groups of PiB PET images showed that the proposed CAD tool can yield a high accuracy in AD diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":186975,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130056803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, the sharp brake noise (screaming) will seriously interfere with people's normal life. Thus, the work of brake noise abnormal sound governance is very important. In this paper, the generation mechanism, features and influencing factors of brake are summarized. The theory and research progress on brake noise suppression and prevention are review and analyzed. For the outstanding problems of vehicle brake abnormal sound detection caused by lacking of detection and analysis methods, inconvenience of data processing and poor flexibility, a brake abnormal sound localization method based on frequency-domain blind signal processing was proposed. Its key technologies such as using unit fixed-point algorithms based on kurtosis maximization to separate and extraction complex components and solving permutation indeterminacy based on improved KL-distance were all introduced in detail. Different flexible electrode was made through changing the ratio between the different materials. Then internal resistance measurement experiment was adopted to discover the impact factors and the relationship between impact factors. From experiments we concluded that internal resistance of flexible electrodes was influenced by matching relationship, carbon powder mesh, storage time and any other influence factors. So that a series of flexible electrodes with different resistance value were manufactured. The experiment showed that same carbon powder under different mesh had different resistance value, and resistance value changed without regularity; resistance value changed irregularly with the increasing carbon powder mesh; with the increasing quantity of carbon powder, resistance value presented a tendency of decreasing, until the mixture was too dry to lose function; flexible electrode resistance value increased over time, because of the volatilization of electrode materials.","PeriodicalId":186975,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130791173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
