Combined with the theory of perceived value, this paper introduces perceived trust and perceived risk as mediating variables to construct the model of consumers' purchasing intention of fresh agricultural products under the live broadcast situation. The collected data were collated and analyzed by using the questionnaire, and the reliability and validity of the data were verified by SPSS and AMOS. The results show that situational presence has a positive impact on consumers' perceived trust, the influence of warmth presence and cognitive presence on perceived trust is not supported by empirical studies. Product quality and logistics service have a negative impact on consumers' perceived risk, consumers' perceived trust has a positive effect on their purchase intention. The results showed that the listed companies under satisfactory financial situation played an absolutely dominant role in Guangzhou in both quantity and proportion, generally performing well when faced with financial risks. However, the quantity and proportion of companies on the verge of bankruptcy present a continuously rising trend, so do the quantity and proportion of companies with extremely unstable financial and operation status. Therefore, to objectively evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in China will be of great guiding significance to the development of rural e-commerce in China and the realization of rural revitalization. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural e-commerce, this study uses cloud model and entropy weight method to evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) from 2008 to 2019. A significant number of researches are trying to adopt this technology to improve the efficiency of government services. We utilize machine learning to analyze the features related to the happiness index and to make some predictions. Using the obtained dataset of the survey that collects a random number of Chinese people's happiness index and asks relevant questions, we provide several algorithms to analyze the relationship between people's happiness index and the answers to the problems they have answered. We can make predictions in the new dataset approximately consistent with the actual values by utilizing the results. In our study, we gain some important features like income, education, and health. How to explain the behavior of participants and improve the quality of solutions is the focus of research in the field of crowdsourcing, and also the key to enterprise practice. Based on MOA theory and relying on objective second-hand data of actual transactions on a crowdsourcing platform in China, this study empirically discusses the relationship between prize quantity of task and scheme quality under the crowdsourcing mode, as well as the moderating effect of task category and prize distribution on this relationship by using RStudio software. The results show that there is a positive correlation between prize quantity and the scheme quality, and the positive promotion effect of prize is stronger in expertise-based tasks.
