Research on cloud evaluation of rural e-commerce development level in China

Abstract

With the rapid development of rural e-commerce in China, there is still a phenomenon of unbalanced regional development. Therefore, to objectively evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in China will be of great guiding significance to the development of rural e-commerce in China and the realization of rural revitalization. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural e-commerce, this study uses cloud model and entropy weight method to evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) from 2008 to 2019. The results show that, the development level of rural e-commerce in China is still in a relatively low stage, in order to improve the development level of rural e-commerce, should increase the investment in scientific research, optimize the industrial structure, adhere to the concept of green development, adhere to the "bring in, go out" strategy, implement the people-oriented concept and other measures.
