The soures of income for the ra amal shaleh faoundation com from donation froms, the community, the government (BOP) and income from tuition fees from students. The Ra Amal Shaleh foundation only make reports in the form of cash in and cash out every month and funds originating from government will be reported in accordance with the technical guidelines for financial reports. The purpos of this study is to apply financial standards, namely referring to the interprestation of financial accounting standards (ISAK) 35, which contain statements of financial position, reports of comprehensive income, report of net asset, report of cash flows, and notes to financial statements. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in order to explain everything that exists in the transaction that occur at the foundation. The result of study explain that the foundation has not implemented ISAK 35 in the preparation of financial statements. The Muhammadiyah University of Jember's Faculty of Economics and Business served as the setting for this study. The 2018 accounting class served as the study's sample. \u0000Purposive sampling was used to select47 respondents for the samples. The study found that accounting students' ethical perceptions are negatively impacted by their love of money. This indicates that accounting students' ethical perception decreases with increasing love of money. Accounting students' ethical perceptions suffer as a result of Machiavellian. This indicates that accounting students have a lower ethical perception the more Machiavellian they are. Accounting students' ethical perceptions suffer as a result of equity sensitivity. This research was conducted on Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers. The purpose of this study was to measure whether there is an effect of product diversification, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study were customers of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember. The data analysis technique used to test the hypotheses in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and the coefficient of determination (R2) which was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 23 program. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample of this research is 150 respondents of Mie Apong Sampurna Gebang Jember customers using purposive sampling technique which aims to determine the respondent's perception of each variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervention variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Matahari Cipta Sentosa. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. Tax revenue compared to other sources of revenue is one of the largest sources of revenue for the state. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of capital intensity on tax avoidance with financial distress as an intervening variable. \u0000The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital intensity has no significant effect on financial distress, capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance, financial distress has a significant effect on tax avoidance, and capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam menjalankan bisnis café antara lain yaitu penetapan lokasi,penetapan harga dan pelayanan yang baik.Dari ketiga faktor tersebut apabila dapat terealisasikan maka dapat meempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama serta menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu bisnis usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu Lokasi,harga dan pelayanan serta variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis Lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sedangkan hipotesis harga dan pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajian tasbih dan gelang. Digunakannya metode kuantitatif merupakan metodologi riset yang bertujuan untuk mengkualifikasi data, yang diterapkan dalam analisis statistik tertentu.Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,029. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin baik kualitas produk maka keputusan pembelian akan semakin meningkat (H1 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin efektifnya promosi maka keputusan pembelian kerajinan tasbih dan gelang desa Tutul akan semakin meningkat (H2 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis ketiga (H3) menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,009 kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin terjangkaunya harga makan akan semakin meningkat keputusan pembelian (H3 diterima).Penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menguji tiga hipotesis menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Kualitas memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga memberikan suatu dorongan kepada pelanggan untuk menjalin ikatan hubungan yang kuat serta dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan perusahaan memaksimumkan pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan serta meminimumkan pengalaman pelanggan yang kurang menyenangkan. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama serta menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu bisnis usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan dan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dengan sampel sebanyak 95 responden menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen serta kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan Kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. If the customer feels disappointed, dissatisfied after receiving the service, it will cause problems for the service provider, if the customer feels happy and satisfied after receiving the service provided, it will lead to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro. This research was conducted to find out whether the less friendly and less fast service in serving transactions has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the interest rate which is rather high compared to state-owned banks has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the location of companies that enter villages far from the city center has an effect on satisfaction . This study aims to determine the effect of service on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of interest rates on customer satisfaction, and to determine the effect of company location on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro Branch. Methods of data collection in this research using questionnaires, observation, and interviews. . The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS21 program. Bauran pemasaran adalah perangkat pemasaran yang baik yang meliputi produk, penentuan harga, promosi, distribusi, digabungkan untuk menghasilkan respon yang di inginkan pasar sasaran, perusahaan atau organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa menggunakan bauran pemasaran jasa. Namun fenomena yang ada pada pemasaran UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini penelitian lebih cenderung mengambil non bauran dikarenakan pemasaran pada  UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini kurang mengenal dan memahami perilaku konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
