Though the calculation is needed in order to facilitate the company in determining the selling price. The method used to calculate the cost of tofu production in this study is the full costing method because in this method it is required to include all costs incurred in the production process, including fixed overhead costs and variable overhead costs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the aim is to explain systematically the research focus which includes calculating the cost of production using the full costing method and determining the selling price based on the cost plus pricing method. The object of this research is the tofu factory. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production based on the full costing method produces higher costs than the calculation according to the company. This is because the company has not included all the cost components incurred for the production process, such as variable overhead costs and non-production costs. The problems that occur at El Tari Kupang International Airport are that the air conditioner is not cold enough and the lack of reading materials such as magazines and newspapers which result in passengers being uncomfortable with the facilities at El Tari Kupang airport. This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari International Airport Kupang. 2) To find out how much influence the facilities have on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport. \u0000This study uses a quantitative method in which the data obtained in the form of numbers that will be calculated using SPSS. The variables in this study are waiting room facilities as the independent variable (X) and passenger satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The total sample used in this study was 50 respondents, of which the respondents in this study were users of the waiting room at El Tari Airport Kupang. \u0000The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of waiting room facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport, which can be seen from the tcount 7,871 > ttable 2,010. (X) has an effect on Passenger Satisfaction (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport by 56.3%. The research method used in this research is associative and quantitative research. population, the population of this research is all employees of Gapura Angkasa International Airport Supadio Pontianak Kalimantan, totaling 36 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Regression data analysis. There is an effect of work safety (X1) on the performance of Karaywan Gapura Angkasa at Supadio Pontianak International Airport \u0000Results There is an effect of occupational health (X2) on the performance of Gapura Angkasa employees at the Pontianak Supadio International Airport. Based on the results of the analysis with simultaneous significance testing (f test) and partial significance test (t test) it can be concluded that Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where employee performance can be explained by Occupational Safety and Health of 46, 3%. Sampel dalam peenelitian ini bejumlah 43 pegawai. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Metode untuk pengujian dengan melihat pengaruh variable independen dan variable dependen menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) bahwa kedisiplinan kerja (X1) dengan nilai t hitung 3,128 < t tabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 > 0,05, komunikasik kerja (X2) dengan nilai t hitung 3,013 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 > 0.05, stress kerja (X3) dengan nilai thitung -1,066 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai negatif sebesar 0,293 > 0.05. Hasil penelitian uji T secara parsial yabf menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember, stress kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Dengan demikian, produk dengan merek yang kuat akan bertahan dan mendominasi di pasar. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan adalah ekuitas merek. Oleh karena itu, sering menjadi subjek penelitian yang luas. Perusahaan Garuda Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan industri penerbangan Indonesia yang menghadapi sebuah persaingan yang cukup ketat dengan maskapai lain. Garuda Indonesia aktif di kelas menengah ke atas, dan strategi perusahaan Garuda Indonesia memperkuat brand maskapainya di ingatan penumpang, hal tersebut menjadi faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pemilihan maskapai penerbangannya yang selama ini menjadi kendala bagi Garuda Indonesia hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen Garuda Indonesia di Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Boyolali. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pengguna jasa maskapai Garuda Indonesia. Penumpang yang menggunakan Pesawat Garuda Indonesia di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali merupakan objek pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sebuah kuesioner. Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan oleh para penumpang maskapai Garuda Indonesia untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Pengukuran atau Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS for windows v.16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai F-hitung sebesar 35,471 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000. Apabila dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikan yang diharapkan yaitu 5% berarti signifikan F- hitung lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan yang diharapkan (35,471 > 0,05), serta nilai R2 dengan 42.2%. Sources of data using primary and secondary data collected by researchers using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. In this study, researchers conducted data analysis by collecting data, explaining financial management procedures, reconstructing, presenting to be able to draw a conclusion. The results of the study show that the financial records of the Sunan Ampel Mosque still use a simple method. Financial recording is only done if there is cash in and cash out (cash basis). Then the amount of cash in, cash out, and total cash is reported every Friday by conveying it using the mosque's microphone.
