Early detection of plant diseases is very much essential to prevent crop loss and further spread of diseases. Most plants such as apple, tomato, cherry, grapes show visible symptoms of the disease on the leaf. These visible patterns can be identified to correctly predict the disease and take early actions to prevent it. The conventional method is the farmers or plant pathologists manually observe the plant leaf and identify the type of disease. In this project, a deep learning model is trained to classify the different plant diseases. The convolutional neural network (CNN) model is used due to its massive success in image-based classification. The deep learning model provides faster and more accurate predictions than manual observation of the plant leaf. In this work, the CNN model and pre-trained models such as VGG, ResNet, and DenseNet models are trained using the dataset. Among them, the DenseNet model achieves the highest accuracy.","PeriodicalId":182885,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICPSC)","volume":"2013 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127429138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In each registered electrocardiogram (ECG) data, there are two major noise sources such as the power-line interface and baseline wandering noise. A low-frequency noise of about 0.5 to 0.6 Hz is the second, i.e. the baseline wander (closer to a dc). This wandering baseline is practically due to inadequate skin sensitivity to electrodes, i.e. due to relaxed interaction with electrodes or poor positioning or even tightly positioned electrodes. To suppress the DC offset, the conventional DC bias removal filter and its three variants are used in this study. All the circuits were synthesized on an Altera Cyclone IV FPGA EP4CE115F29C7 device using Quartus II software v13.1 tool. Finally, the simulation results of device utilization, clock speed, and power dissipation are compared among all the designs.","PeriodicalId":182885,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICPSC)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128030043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The importance of facial recognition comes to more importance at the time of a pandemic situation, for attendance marking people monitoring, in health care, social distancing etc. Many facial recognition algorithms are available today. But the performance of these algorithms lacks many factors and which lead to poor performance in real-time applications. The most commonly used algorithms for face recognition are R-CNN, Fast R-CNN, etc. The main problems with these algorithms are they have poor processing speed; they take time to produce the output. To overcome this problem, YOLO.V3 algorithm can be used for facial recognition which produces faster output. In this paper we will study on different versions of YOLO algorithms, study on existing algorithm for face detection and recognition (R-CNN),and conclude with the result obtained for the YOLO.V3 algorithm for recognizing a custom face.","PeriodicalId":182885,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICPSC)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127500582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This antenna is used to detect the skin tumor in early stage. The skin is one of the organs of the body which shields us from microbes and it controls our internal heat levels. There are many skin sicknesses which might be brought about by genetic conditions sensitivities and weakened insusceptible frameworks. Dermatology is the part of medicine that manages the conditions of skin. In this paper a dipole antenna and skin phantom is designed utilizing CST software. A 3D skin phantom is planned in CST with the permittivity and conductivity esteems to acquire electromagnetic parameters. The detection of tumor can be achieved by measuring the variations in current density of antenna with and without tumor. Without a definitive cure, children can experience a spectrum of symptoms from difficulties with communication, social interaction, and obsessive/repetitive behaviour. These symptoms affect the children’s opportunities to experience and learn ideas and concepts, unlike their peers. With assisted learning and therapy, children with Autism can become independent members of society. The proposed system contributes to the child’s learning curriculum by offering education attractively and entertainingly. The premise of a smartphone or a tablet as the only hardware requirement breeds familiarity with the user and promotes comfort when utilizing the application. The system consists of an application that renders augmented reality objects onto the device screen when the camera module recognizes target objects in the frame. The application processes target information using the Vuforia Engine by scanning the images of the video stream for targets. The target is either an image or three-dimensional object stored locally in a database.
