The paper shows the maximum absorption of the solar cell created by using Silicon and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) material. The proposed metamaterial absorber has the potential to improve the absorption rate over a wide band frequency spectrum of 502 THz to 678 THz, with the peak absorption occurring at 550 THz and 650 THz. It is a unit cell that is made up of three layers: named as the substrate or base layer, the intrinsic layer or middle layer, and the top conducting layer or the metamaterial layer. The parametric analysis of the metamaterial absorber is carried out in the total frequency range of 450THz to 750THz with different measurements of the unit cell. The metamaterial is constructed in such a manner, the top conducting layer may have a higher absorption rate. And absorption and reflection parameters are used to describe the variations. The observations in this work reveals that the absorptivity depends on the resonator used on the top layer with its material properties. The Simulation process of the presented array MSPA is carried out in ANSYS Electromagnetic Suite version 20 and analyzed the electromagnetic parameters. We use text as way to communicate and express ourselves in this sophisticated world. Since we are predicting the next probable \"word\" we will be using text as input data for our algorithm. Predictive typing is basically predicting the most probable word following the given set of words or a particular word. In this contemporary world where mobile devices and computers dominate communication, like emails, social media and even blogs and newsletters, we require a method for speeding up the responding process to keep ourselves with the fast-paced world. Predictive typing is a widely used procedure for faster and eloquent communication but the robustness and scalability along with the speed is always a concern. The main aim of our algorithm is to develop a next word predictor that helps to significantly reduce the number of key-strokes by the user along with accuracy. Over the last few years, internet became so popular which lead to the increase in computer processing capacity, data storage and communication with one another. Computing has evolved from one technology to another in its field and formed a robust framework over the years. In this paper a survey on different computing paradigms like evergreen computing is cloud computing, to deal with basic scheduling is grid computing, for multi task handing is parallel computing, to handle smart phone data’s that is mobile computing, cluster computing, and distributed computing is carried out. These technologies improved the way computing functions and made it easier to the computer world. The applications and research issues of the most of the computing paradigms are discussed in this article. The recent research issues in computing platform are scheduling and security. The scheduling is dealing with data processing from one computing platform to other computing device. The miniaturization of transistors, interconnects, and power supplies in integrated circuits have sparked this revolution. Because feature sizes are constantly shrinking, manufacturing process tools have less confidence in controlling design specifications (parameters). To minimize the number of transistors in a particular logic gate, the passtransitor logic can be used at the cost of weak logic output voltages. Transmission gate (TG) logic overcomes the weakness of the passtransistor logic at the expense of an extra transistor for each transmission gate. This paper detects the drowsiness of the driver. Besides that, intake of alcohol by the driver is also detected. The main goal of this proposed system is to reduce the number of accidents due to driver's Drowsiness and alcohol intake. This increases the transportation safety. This system also makes use of a USB camera and Alcohol sensor (MQ-135)by which alcohol intake is detected and drowsiness of the driver is also monitored. OpenCV, a machine learning software examines vision-based applications. It is the one which detects the driver's drowsiness. The idea comes with an application which helps to track the drowsiness and also alert the passenger and the owner if the driver is drunk. This will perform tasks like notifying and the customer with alarm by a message notification. Initially, the user will appear at the space station. The Space station consists of information about space and also the things/materials interactively used in a space station. The humanoid robot which is given to the physics of the object explains the information provided in the space station. The space station and moon were built using Blender and Unity3D along with C# scripts to bring a realistic surrounding to the player. The space station consists of a nuclear propulsion system that uplifts in space. Living rooms, a water production plant, and a laboratory are designed to replicate a real and futuristic environment. A secret room in the space station has a bot rocket that will take users to the moon. An animation appears in which the user can experience the entire solar system and then landed on the moon virtually. He can experience the immersive 360degree view on the moon surrounded by stars and other planets. Some interesting facts about the moon will be displayed for the kids to get better at the moon and space. The realistic gravity provided on the moon makes the user feel that he is walking on the moon using a Virtual Reality headset. Health experts are making use of these most advanced technological practices for reaching at conclusions in the area of health care. Brain tumor detection is one of the key major challenges in medical field. Early detection of tumor plays the most important role in fixing the most efficient treatment techniques for increasing the survival rate of patients. Manual detection of tumors for diagnosing cancer from data generated from clinical instruments is a time consuming task and the efficiency depends upon the radiologist. So through this paper, we are proposing methods for automating the detection process which can help the radiologist reaching at a faster conclusion in an efficient manner. We are proposing methods based on the pretrained network models like ResNet and its variants for brain tumor detection. Various precaution measures like social distancing, maintain hand hygiene, stay away from crowded places, refrain touching eyes, mouth, and nose. The pandemic has also challenged various researchers, mathematicians, Pharmacists etc., to dig out the solutions in this pand emic situation. Machine learning concepts and algorithms also find a great place amidst various scientists. Among all the preventive measures, social distancing plays a vital role in flattening the COVID-19 curve. This paper proposes an effective social distancing capturing and alerting tool to detect humans if they are not maintaining the social distance. The system acquires images/videos as input and process it to detect the Region of Interest (ROI) and human in the image frame. Then, the pairwise distance is computed between all the identified people and depending on the distance value obtained the system will alert the people who are not maintaining the social distance. The system is evaluated for various image input acquisition techniques like image, video, and camera image/video to compute the performance of the system. Experimental results shows that the proposed system obtains a better precision of 99.7% for images and 97% recall for videos.
