Salah satunya ialah Blemish Balm Cream. BB Cream adalah kosmetik dekoratif yang mengandung bahan antioksidan dan tabir surya yang dipakai dalam jangka waktu lama dan akan ada peluang terjadinya kontaminasi bahkan akan semakin meningkat seiring dengan lamanya pemakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka lempeng total bakteri Blemish Balm Cream lokal yang beredar di Kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode pemeriksaan Angka Lempeng Total (ALT). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis univariate, sampel penelitian adalah 10 BB Cream merk lokal yang berada di Kota Samarinda dengan teknik sampling yaitu Total Sampling. Setiap 1 sampel ditimbang 10 gr dan dilakukan pemeriksaan angka lempeng total dengan pengenceran 101 sampai 104, sehingga setiap 1 sampel dilakukan 4 kali percobaan maka didapatkan 40 kali unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 80% sampel terkontaminasi bakteri dengan rata-rata ALT 1,0 × 102 CFU/mL. ALT tertinggi terdapat pada sampel BB01 yaitu 3,9 × 102 CFU/mL dan ALT terendah terdapat pada sampel BB10 yaitu 1,0 × 101 CFU/mL. Daging ikan patin memiliki kandungan kalori dan protein yang cukup tinggi sehingga banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Jumlah total produksi ikan patin sampai tahun 2014 adalah 403.132,80 ton dengan rata-rata peningkatan produksi tahunan sebesar 30,73%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tempat penyimpanan terhadap kadar protein pada ikan patin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode Kjeldahl. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah variabel tunggal yaitu kadar protein pada ikan patin yang dianalisa dengan variasi tempat yang berbeda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah daging fillet ikan patin segar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, kadar protein tertinggi terdapat pada kulkas freezer dengan rata-rata sampel 1 sebesar 12,22%, sampel 2 sebesar 12,36%, dan sampel 3 sebesar 12,19% dan rata-rata kadar protein terendah terdapat pada kulkas bawah sampel 1 sebesar 10,04%, sampel 2 sebesar 10,06%, dan sampel 3 sebesar 9,97%. Namun belum ada penelitian mengenai kandungan alkaloid yang terdapat dalam ekstrak etanol bunga lawang (Illicium verum Hook.f). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan kadar alkaloid total dalam ekstrak etanol bunga lawang (Illicium verum Hook.f). Ekstrak etanol bunga lawang dibuat dari simplisia yang telah diserbukkan dengan ditambah etanol 96% lalu dimaserasi selama 2×24 jam di tempat yang terlindung dari sinar matahari langsung, kemudian disaring dan dipisahkan antara ampas dan filtrat sampel. Ampas yang diperoleh diekstraksi kembali dengan etanol yang baru dengan jumlah yang sama sebanyak 2 kali. Ekstrak etanol yang diperoleh kemudian dikumpulkan dalam wadah, dipekatkan dalam rotary evaporator dan cairan penyarinya diuapkan hingga diperoleh ekstrak etanol yang kental. Natural antioxidant dapat diperoleh dari tumbuhan, buah-buahan dan biji-bijian seperti pada jantung buah pisang. Jantung buah pisang yang memiliki kandungan senyawa fenolik, berpotensi memiliki aktivitas antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan jantung pisang nangka, ambon dan tanduk, serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai aktivitas antioksidan. Penelitian dilakukan bersifat eksperimental dan diuji secara kuantitatif. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dengan metode DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil) secara spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang maksimum 517 nm dan Operating Time (OT) selama 30 menit. Penelitian ini menggunakan kontrol positif vitamin C dengan konsentrasi 5 ppm, 7,5 ppm, 10 ppm, 12,5 ppm dan 15 ppm. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu ekstrak etanol kental jantung pisang nangka, ambon, dan tanduk dengan konsentrasi 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm dan 400 ppm. Hasil uji aktivitas antioksidan dinyatakan dengan nilai IC50, pada Vitamin C 8,25±0,05 µg/mL (antioksidan kuat), jantung pisang nangka 276,54±8,19 µg/mL (antioksidan lemah), ambon 136,04±2,30 µg/mL (antioksidan sedang),  dan tanduk 111,22±1,76 µg/mL (antioksidan sedang). Hasil uji aktivitas antioksidan dilanjutkan dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan p-value < 0,05. Flavonoid yang terkandung dalam umbi rumput teki pernah ditetapkan kadarnya, namun alkaloid total dan fenolik total belum pernah dilakukan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan kadar alkaloid total dan fenolik total dalam ekstrak etanol umbi rumput teki (Cyperus Rotundus L.). Ekstrak etanol umbi rumput teki dibuat dengan cara mengeringkan umbi, menyerbukkan umbi yang kering, dan merendam serbuk selama 24 jam dengan etanol 96%, kemudian diuapkan dengan rotary evaporator hingga terbentuk ekstrak kental. Penetapan kadar alkaloid total dan fenolik total dalam ekstrak kental tersebut dilakukan dengan metode spektofotometri UV-Vis. Data BPS tahun 2018, Kabupaten Tegal memiliki lahan perkebunan kopi seluas 122,93 Ha. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah produk kopi Arabica Wine, Fulwash, Honey dan Natural dengan perbandingan waktu ektraksi 0 jam, 1 jam dan 3 jam. Metode penerapan kadar kafein pada penelitian ini menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil penentuan kadar kafein dengan perbandingan waktu ekstraksi 0 jam (T 0), waktu ekstraksi 1 jam(T 1) dan waktu ekstraksi 3 jam (T 3) yaitu : Sampel Kopi Arabica Wine T 0 = 5.0 %, T 1 = 5.8 % dan T 3 = 8.8%. Sampel Kopi Arabica Fullwash T 0 = 5.4%, T 1 = 6.0% dan T 3 = 8.3%. Sampel Kopi Arabica Honey T 0 = 5.3%, T 1 = 6.5% dan T 3 = 7.9% dan Sampel Kopi Arabica Natural T 0 = 5.7%, T 1 = 6.8% dan T 3 = 7.9%. The purpose of this study was analyzed the pharmacokinetic profile and physicochemical properties of PGV-1 computationally. The predicted parameters were Lipinski rule of five, bioavailability, Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) ​​absorption, GI absorption, P-gp substrate, and prediction of metabolic enzymes involved in drug ADME processes. The results of this study indicate that the compound PGV-1 complies with the Lipinski rule of five with the characteristics of a molecular weight of 348.43 g/mol, hydrogen donor 2, hydrogen acceptor 3, Log P 4.71 and molar refractory 40-130. PGV-1 could absorb through the GI and can pass the blood brain barrier passively without P-gp protein. Several enzymes involved in the metabolism of PGV-1 are CYP2C19, CYP2C9, CYP 3A4. Rehabilitation can reduce the risk of relapse of psychoactive substance abuse and the risk of crime, thereby improving quality of life. Understanding rehabilitation with quality of life has a positive impact on users of psychoactive substances. Therefore, it is essential to study the relationship between the length of rehabilitation and the quality of life of users of psychoactive substances. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the size of rehabilitation and the quality of life for users of psychoactive substances. This research method is a non-experimental observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of the study were users of psychoactive substances who were undergoing the rehabilitation process at the Class IIA Narcotics Prison in Yogyakarta. Quality of life was measured by the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) instrument. The significance level of the statistical test was stated at p<0.05. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank correlation test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study carried out for two months (March to April 2021) obtained a total of 77 subjects using psychoactive substances. The length of rehabilitation has a significant positive correlation with the quality of life, indicated by the value of p = 0.048 (p <0.05) and r = 0.220, which means that the longer the respondent undergoes rehabilitation, the better the quality of his life. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of Carbopol 934 and Na-CMC as a gelling agent on the physical stability of Jatropha curcas (Jatropha curcas) latex as a wound healing agent. Method: The method used in this study was to compare the combination of carbopol 934 and Na-CMC with different concentrations in the three formulations. The concentration used is 1%:4%, 1.5%:3,5% and 2%:3%. The three formulations will be tested for physical quality and tested for physical stability for 4 weeks. Then the formulation will be tested for primary irritation and incision wound healing test. Result: The results of the study showed that formulation I with a concentration of 1%:4% had a good physical quality test based on the results of tests carried out according to standards. Based on the results of the physical stability test, it showed stable adhesion results, while the pH, dispersibility and viscosity tests showed a change in storage for 4 weeks. Jatropha (Jatropha curcas) latex gel formulation did not cause primary irritation to rabbits. One of the plants that may be used as anthelmintics is carrot skin (Daucus carota L.) and pineapple skin (Ananas comusus). Carrot peel contains flavonoids, quercetin, and tannins as anthelmintics and pineapple peel contains flavonoids, bromealin enzymes and tannins, so researchers are interested in making a combination of carrot peel juice and pineapple peel juice as an anthelmintic against silk worms (Tubifex sp). Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination of carrot peel and pineapple peel juice in eradicating silk worms (Tubifex sp). Methods: The method used is the squeeze method, specific specific standardization, lethal time test, paralysis time test. , the anthelmintic activity test of the combination of carrot peel juice and pineapple peel extract with concentrations of F1 25%: 75%, F2 50%: 50%, F3 75%: 25% using positive control Albendazole 0.06% w/v. The research data were analyzed using the Oneway Anova test. Results: The results of this study showed that the combination of carrot peel extract 75%: pineapple peel 25% had the best anthelmintic effectiveness against the lethal time. The anthelmintic effectiveness test obtained from the combination of carrot juice 25%: pineapple juice 75% showed the best results during paralysis time. The lethal time test of the combination of carrot peel and pineapple juice obtained an average time of death in F1 of 15.32 minutes. In F2, the average time of death was 18.155 minutes, while in F3 it was 20.37 minutes and the Oneway Anova result was p=0.000 (p<0.05). The paralysis time test for the combination of carrot peel and pineapple juice was found to have an average paralysis time of 13.625 minutes in F1. In F2, the average paralysis time was 13,733 minutes, while in F3 18,712 minutes and the Oneway Anova result was p=0,000 (p<0,05).
